Nice Room

location/parking/pool.

We loved that this was close to everything. We parked and walked everywhere we needed to go.

Road noise was a little loud but with the downtown location thats to be expected.

We loved that it was close to the concert venue. We loved the bar and lounge area. The room was modern and clean.

No free parking :(

It was a beautiful space. The staff was very kind and accommodating. They even brought in a DJ for live evening music at the bar. I highly recommend!

It was rather noisy in the middle of the night. I know that's more about the guests than the hotel, but I don't enjoy waking up at 4am to drunk adults.

Location. Staff was very nice and friendly.

We had to pay for parking in the ramp. Should provide a voucher.

Location was great. Easy walking to restaurants and concert venues. Staff was very friendly!

The staff is what made it amazing! First we met Justin at check in and immediately we loved the guy! Such a wonderful person! He was polite, professional and has a heart of gold. We will be back simply because of him. At checkout we met his manager and she was also excellent! We thanked them for the great experience and left tips for everyone! You've got a couple of keepers there and definitely should keep them there!

Shower door would not stay shut all of the way (room 317) literally the only silly little thing.

Very clean and close to the venue

The parking!! The parking was a pretty far distance away. Not safe for women traveling alone at night to walk back and forth. It was so crowded the night we stayed I couldn’t get into the parking garage and ended up parking 15 min walk away.

Loved that everything was nearby and the location was perfect .

That we had to park somewhere else doesn't have their own parking lot. So that was extra money but was in discount.

I booked a King size bed through Booking.com and ended up with 2 queens.

Clean, very comfortable, and close to everything!

It was a little pricey, plus parking!

Excellent receptionists that were super helpful and friendly; the DJ and bar on weekends was super convenient and fun!

Room layout was tad strange, Thermostat didn’t seem to work? (Could have been user error).

The hotel was near the venue we were going to for a concert. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Even recommended a great place to eat.

It was an accident but they forgot to give us our parking g receipt back so when we went to leave the JW Marriott ramp the next day, we had to use the help button and explain the situation so they could let us out of the ramp
