Quality Inn Grand Blanc - Flint South

It was like because there were no options and sold out, cleanliness didnt matter. Staff was pleasant and nice. Overnight staff guy was very helpful and thorough. I flush the toilet and it starts backing up. I was given a filthy plunger, wet in plastic

There were hairs, short and curly kind in the shower stall floor and walls. There was something itching me while I was sleeping. It felt like bed bugs. There was no protein options for breakfast. NOT even hard boiled eggs. Room Floor was greasy.

Lack of variety with breakfast and poor quality with what was provided. My room was not cleaned well. Very basic surface level but the in depth cleaning that has been skipped, is showing.

The pool was warm

After turning the air conditioner on in the room and coming back in the room he gave our roommate Oder I thought the breakfast would be a little better

Cockroaches, weird smell inside of room. , no elevator

My room was very dated, mold on the bathroom walls, peeling ceilings, broken switch in the bathroom, water marks on the ceilings, very small tv.

Definitely on it's way down.. The choices made determines the problems. Shower curtain not wide enough (to facilitate low cleaning numbers) but allowed more water out of shower, this damaged tiles in walls at both ends of tub.

The pool was heated

The pool room was freezing made us not want to get in the pool

We had a suite and it was very spacious.

The room itself was HUGE but the bathroom was so tiny. Also it took 15 minutes to get any hot water

Close to where I needed to go while in that area

No elevator and roudy neighbors who were partying in the hallway till late

The internet was slow at the front desk causing a long line at check in. The poor guy was trying to use both of the computers at the same time, helping 2 guests at the same time, just to speed things up.

My spouse stays here to visit sick relatives, and family we live in Georgia. This staff is so outstanding. There is no scale for this team 10 is not enough. They make the stay enjoyable even though we are there for terminally ill sisters

Very polite staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable.

The tiny bathroom, it needs a nightlight.

the smell of weed in the halls--being spied on all the time--breakfast was all carbs NO protein. no hot tub the pool area was freezing the pool water was warm so when you get out of the pool you will be freezing our bathroom tub was dirty

It was close to our activity

There's nothing redeeming about this hotel. It was dirty and they charged me for a broken sink that was 100 percent not broken when I left!

staff pleasant, I called to say I would be a late arrival, when I arrived they had my key ready. breakfast very good .. location real close to where I was going

The staff was SO friendly and the hotel was very clean. I was impressed.

There were no protein options for breakfast aside from yogurt. It would have been nice to have a few more options there.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was decent. Guests at neighboring hotel used Quality Inn¿s parking lot.

Bathtub looked dirty but was probably just old. Breakfast advertised as meat, eggs, yogurt but only had waffles.

Heat did not work and the bathroom sink leaked all over the floor management and the front desk person did not help me in the way it should have happen very rude and inconsiderate and thought I was trying to something for free SMH .. I can¿t believe this
