Clean and smells good

The shower water was luke warm at best. The shampoo was pretty much done and so was the lotion.

Room was smelly and sofa bed was wet (urine) and poorly cleaned

Home2 is perfect name since it feels like home. Here for an extended stay due to family emergency. Staff is outstanding - everyone is helpful & friendly. Breakfast is good, beds comfortable, everything you can need. Best part is my dog is welcome too

No this place is perfect

Having a kitchen in a room for a family is ideal.

The room was not clean. Hair found everywhere. Stains on towel, bedding, wash clothes. Even after being turned down the room still had dirt on the floor. Only 3 pillows for a long sized bed.

Clean room, staff was friendly and helpful, pool was warm, breakfast was excellent

One of our beds were broken at the base and the mattress kept tilting over. Bedsheets on sofa mattress were used/dirty. Staff brought us new sheets immediately.

THE STAFF TRUELY MADE US FEEL AT HOME! OUR HOST. HOTEL EMPLOYEE DESERVES A THANKS FOR HIS KINDNESS AND TO EVERY STAFF PERSON I CAME IN CONTACT WITH WAS VERY PLEASANT AND FULL OF SMILES.

THERE WASN'T MUCH AT BREAKFAST FOR A VEGAN.

The hot breakfast was amazing. The room was super clean clean and updated with the latest furnishings.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good! Nice pool and workout room. Resident rooms very spacious. Loved the hot cocoa bar!

No hair dryer in room. fridge not working was a mini fridge on top of a full sized fridge. when to put stuff in it almost fell on us very dangerous. told front desk, said sorry.....did not try to rectify. was like that for out 2 day stay. not helpful

Dishes in the dish wash. I didn't know if they were clean or dirty. no dishwasher soap was visible. dish soap was, just no detergent was there.

My son was injured immediately upon arrival and they¿ve done nothing about it; I¿m now talking to our attorney because they had five days and I haven¿t heard anything at all today. Times up.

The rooms are very spacious and the amenities are great.

The room wasn't properly stocked with coffee,sugar,bodywash was out, had to go downstairs for bedding for pullout bed.and was overcharged more than the quote i recieved so it had to be refunded back and when i ask why,the lady at the counter didn't know.

There are many things that I loved about this hotel from the hospitality of the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel I also loved that my mom got to bring her little dog with her because that is her Service dog.

The one thing I did not like about the hotel was the selection of breakfast, For the price that you pay you would think that you get more than a microwave sandwich and a bowl of cereal

They ran out of milk for breakfast, they are short staffed so our room didn't get cleaned until 5 or 6 pm

The staff was wonderful. Extremely helpful and went well beyond what was necessary
