The room was wonderful and the breakfast was above average.

I park in the handicapped area and as it was, it was treacherous in just trying to walk to the hotel. Snow wasn't cleared and the ice was terrible. I told the desk clerk and he said that management wasn't on top of clearing the lot.

My room was dusty, don’t think anyone stayed in there for a while. Towels were dinged. My floor mat at the tub was dirty. When housekeeping came in to bring fresh towels, they did not replace the dirty bath mat just hung it back up.

A wad of long black and orange hair in the shower. Loud noise that sounded like furniture being moved, on the 4th floor, from midnight until 2:00 a.m.

The hotel is dirty!!! The walls just look grimy. The bathroom walls around the toilet were filthy. The pool floor hasn?t been cleaned in a while. The pool water was murky. The breakfast was missing many things that it should of had. I wouldn?t come back.

Clean and modern, friendly and helpful staff - especially the incredibly kind lady working breakfast during the week - and just an overall very positive stay. Can't recommend this place enough!

Staff at the front Desk was amazing and the consummate professional. As a longtime now retired Executive, I want to commend her for going above and beyond to assist me. She should be encouraged to participate or be promoted to General Manager track.

The initial night I encountered a cleanliness issue. Staff immediately remedied the situation and moved me to another room. Staff was on top of the situation and made me feel welcome.

Newer build and clean updated rooms. Breakfast was very good also.

The room was very clean, and the handicapped accessible rooms bathroom was very surprising. It had everything i needed.

It was a smooth check in and the breakfast was cool.

I left a bracelet and the housekeeping staff either kept it or tossed it. It wasn¿t put in the list and found which bothered me a lot.
