The women's attending to the breakfast in the morning.

The room was dirty. The toilet had female blood on the front part it.

Front office staff were all kind and accommodating.

The coffee counter 2 mornings in a row did not have bacon, fruit, yogurt, or sandwiches leaving the options to just coffee. That was disappointing.

Cleanliness, housekeeping staff, all staff except a very rude front desk individual.. Not friendly, nor polite.. Actually rudest hotel staff I have ever encountered.

Staff was great , except for a very rude person at front desk!!

Everything. The staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient. The little lady in the bar/Cafe stays open as long as she has customers, which is amazing.

Spacious rooms and clean.

Samantha at the reception desk does not seem like she wants to work in the hotel. I stood around 4 minutes at the reception desk, when all along there were no other guests being catered for. I am not why she was not friendly or does not have a smile.

the location is good and the quietness. The best beds and pillows and netflix tv.

at 8am when i was sound asleep I was woken up to a cleaning lady opening my door and when i yelled she left without saying anything. I called the front desk only to be told that i shouldn't be speaking angrily. No one ever apologized or get back with me.

The staff was attentive and super helpful and accommodating.

The shower in room 322 creaks alot. Needs to be looked at asap. My companion woke up each day morning when I showered.

The hot tub jets were not working.

The décor in the room was decent.

I didn't like how loud the other guests were at 4:00am. I had to call the front desk twice for them tog et the issue resolved. It was ridiculous.

the hot tub only the jets at the feet/floor level were working The upper jets should work to massage an relax the shoulders. Also no free or reduced price on breakfast. All the others at least have coffee and tea all day and night.

The room was spacious and clean. The clerk greeted us upon arrival. She asked questions about our stay and was friendly and polite.

The distance to downtown but we wanted to be in a safe area. No free breakfast. With the cost of the hotel free breakfast should have been included

The lady at the front desk elderly African American woman didn¿t get her name but loved her. 

The beds are uncomfortable¿ did not hit well. Back still aches 2 days later .

The fact that is was new and in a good location & CLEAN.

It was o.k. other than how they stick up for their employees reather then the guest. Very disappointed.

I forgot my robe in the bathroom which was very sentimental to me when i left that morning the maid was two doors down I called the hotel and let them know but knowone has seen it or turned it into the lost & found. So the maid kept it or threw it away.

Landed very early on the day of checking in and when we arrived to just drop off all our luggage until normal checking time they immediately worked hard and found us a great room to move into. Incredible shower and bathroom. A wonderful experience!

Nicely set up, newer hotel, perfect location in the middle of lots of things to do.

Shower wasn¿t cleaned very well previously

It was immaculate, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and this was the best experience after the terrible one that I had at the Red Roof Inn in Farmington Hills.
