I guess the Location was the only decent thing about this hotel.

BED BUGS ROOM 246 AND RUDE MANAGER Stayed in August, friend woke up with Bed Bug bites everywhere, flipped the mattress and found multiple. Informed front desk and they said they would refund stay. Manager now says won’t refund our stay.

Huge room clean linen and towels

Had a very bad experience and had to checkout after the first night.

Changed room due to insect and cleanliness. I did a late checkin. Next morning, there were bed bugs all around, spiders and insects were crawling all around the room. Shared pictures of group of bed bugs. The staff was not surprised. Checked out.

Staff was friendly and accommodating

Balcony was extremely dirty. Crates outside det up as if it was patio furniture. Used and open bathroom toiletries (open bar of soap and half full shampoo. Empty facial and toilet tissue

Manager was very nice

Yes ice machine and vent machine dusty and carpet on floor dirty

Proximity to quality locations

Their breakfast was terrible. I was there for five days and four nights. The breakfast was exactly the same!!

room 219 has a strip coming off the window that moves when the wind blows, very disturbing

The shower wasn't great. Either the pressure was too low or the pattern of the showerhead was insufficient. Still ok to get clean. Time to replace the beds.

Breakfast was good for those who can eat everything. Wifi was good.

Outdated. Toilet was way too low and slow. Matresses were very old and uncomfortable. No towel bars in the bathroom. No luggage rack. Microwave was rusted out. Air filters were very dirty. Nothing gluten free or vegan for breakfast. 5 o?clock traffic

The location of where it was and the stores surrounding it , loved the cable , the bed was extremely comfy as well Also loved it came with a microwave and fridge

Wish it was more than one elevator The room is kind of early 200s but it was suitable

A suitcase was stolen from my car when I was leaving the hotel.

Unregistered guests hang out in the parking lot prey on unwary people.

The toilets did not flush well, had to switch rooms for to the toilet not flushing. Also the room for handle was broken which made it difficult you get in when returning to the room. The TV in the second room that we switched to was so tiny.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, even lysol spray and deodorizer couldn't remove it. The smell bothered my sinuses and allergies.

The hotel was ok. The staff was accommodating when I asked to change from king bed to two double beds.

I had to initially move rooms because my first room had ants. also, the hotel had ONE elevator and only 2 carts for luggage for all the rooms.

Toilet paper finished,I had to go down to get it. Smell of weed in halways.Found bed bugs,called but was told to take a pic.Glad that front desk switched rooms for us. New room had used face towel on shower cotton. No phone call from them up till now.

Nothing at all I will never stay there again

The hotel need an update a hotel is very dirty very oh the rooms stink nothing about this hotel experience was good. My back was hurting from the dirty old bed
