Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Dundee

The size of my room and the bathroom.

The man that worked in the kitchen was not shy about showing his displeasure when one of the spouts was broken on the batter dispenser. He went into the kitchen, grabbed his head and growled. His rudeness and outrage was uncalled for.

It’s a newer hotel and the common areas were tidy.

The bathroom was not clean. There were beard trimmings in the sink, a hair tie on the floor, and towels & washcloths were used and wadded up on the shelves. The guy in the breakfast area loudly complained about his employer and yelled at coworkers.

Unfortunately there was a large smoke incident only a room down and had to evacuate. Then led back in and have the alarm go off again. Long smelly night.

Great staff that are professional yet friendly. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Perfect room with the best pillows in existence.

bathroom faucet was in far right corner where my knuckles kept hitting the corner or back of sink. left Hampton with skinned knuckles. dreaded washing hands. Rinsing toothbrush took real talent so would not hit sides of sink... Very POOR !!!!!!!!

Good size rooms, comfortable beds and relatively clean.

Internet was down when we arrived at midnight and it took nearly an hour to get to the room. TV did not work. Breakfast ended at 9am, way too early.

I'm very skeptical and picky about hotels but this one was super clean and new. Also the staff was very friendly too.

This Hampton Inn was very nice. It smelled clean and new. We had the king suite and it was a beautiful room. Plenty of room. We would stay here again.

Wish there was more towels in the room.

The bathroom doors leave a gap and then the shower is glass and it's all very exposed

Night receptionst was wonderful. Day receptionist was grumpy and unfriendly.

Walking distance to restaurants. One was recommended by the front desk staff.

We honestly had very low expectations for Dundee as a town and we¿re pleasantly surprised that there were some pretty good local restaurants nearby.

Clean, great location

Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, and I had so many great, genuine conversations that really made the stay feel personal.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. My experience was smooth and enjoyable , breakfast was delicious. The coffee was great. The room was actually better than I had expected.

The room was clean, the halls were well lit, ice was located on the same floor, no problem with room key, there was plenty of hot water, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, plenty of parking and just right across the street from Cabela's.

Breakfast was basic and not very healthy; I just had a hard-boiled egg. The little salt packets contained, Sodium Silicoaluminate, also known as, Sodium Aluminum Silicate or E554, so I couldn't even salt the egg. Eating healthy while traveling is hard at best.

Close to the things we were there to do. Pool was nice.

Night clerk was rude about using a 3rd party booking service. Pool is small and easily over crowded. Over priced.

The bathroom needed deep cleaned! Dirt and dust were in the corners of the floor. Especially under the sink cabinet. The base area of the shower stall both inside and outside needed cleaned.I found dirt or food spots on the reverse side of the heavy cover on one of the two queen beds. Glad I brought along my own blanket from home!
