Location, clean & friendly staff

Breakfast was disappointing, didn?t receive my king bed room after booking, put in double queen. Then heating unit woke us up @ 3:00 am due to going bad. Had to change rooms in middle of stay which was inconvenient for us & not happy

Yes, we reserved a connecting room with my son's family. I called a week in advanced then confirmed when we checked in. Everything was all set. A family requested an early check-in and they gave them our connecting room since that was the only clean room.

I paid for the 2 nights. When my daughter and family arrived to stay in the room I had reserved, they charged them for the room. It was a hassle to get get it straightened out.

Clean, comfortable bed, easy off and on the exit. Good breakfast and food was hot.

Had to wait about 10 minutes for coffee. Pot was empty when we went for breakfast about 6:40

Friendly staff

On Friday approx. 4:00 PM I returned to find that my room had not been made up. Housekeeping provided clean towels. The same situation had on Saturday afternoon. Like camping out with no new linens and reusing bath towels for 2 days.

Apparently they had a water main issue my hot tub experience was horrid. I took pictures of a nasty black film on top of the water I'm going to ask the hotel for a free stay. They jacked up the rates because of 4th of July and was discussted by my experi

The room was very nice. When we checked in the did not have the room with a walk in shower available but they put us in the room with a jacuzi which has the bathroom we needed.

The front desk staff was friendly and because of my disability, they made sure our room was located where minimal walking was needed to get from the parking lot to the room. The room was very clean and the free breakfasts were varied from day to day.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was average. This location is getting close to needing a renovation. The tv did not receive all the channels from the satellite feed, and was only getting shopping channels, and stations on farming

The bed was comfortable, and there was little noise.

The door on my room refrigerator had been left open, and the back of the frig was one big wall of ice. I could not use it to keep my drinks cold. The hallway to our rooms was HOT! There was nothing available for breakfast at all!

Only that the listing showed that they had the free continental breakfast - one of the reasons we chose this facility - and found out when we arrived that they did not have it.

Cleanliness, up-to-date.. nothing appeared old or worn. Great location and and breakfast. Loved that there was free coffee and ice water available at all times!

Nice clean room. Extra crib for our baby was nice. The staff was amazing and very kind!

1. The hallways were ice cold. It’s winter out, and it was colder in the hallway than it was out side. I had to bundle up just to get ice. 2. No hot tub.

Desk staff was outstanding and friendly and helpful.

First time at a Hampton Inn where the breakfast was inedible. Really sweet lady, but in what universe does lemon-pepper on potatoes work? Sausage was awful. LIkewise the eggs and even the scones. I ended up with a bagel. That was good.

Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Fresh cookies and a decent breakfast.
