I did not stay

The hotel room smelled like stale smoke. I reported it to the front desk and he said he was unable to move me.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was a decent size for just the one queen bed with a couch.

It didn't have a shower curtain in the bathroom so taking an open shower in a tiny tub was awkward and the floor was soaked. the toilet is right as you walk in the door so you can't close the door behind you so the shower soak the toilet too. No elevator.

Nothing everyone including the manager was rude

The manager was very rude didn't come talk to me she sent her staff to talk to me and she was rude

I picked a room with a whirlpool tub I was given a room without one and staff would not honor my reservation.

Ease of check-in and check-out, friendly staff and location.

Liked the pool and hot tub. Both worked.

There was no elevator. Breakfast was not good.

Very clean which included the pool and hot tub.

Only issue was the door to bathroom would stick if I closed it all the way and actually thought I might be trapped at one time.

I paid for a room with a whirl and got a room with a couch in it. I was very dissatisfied with this I then called the customer service number and got zero help after an entire hour on the phone

The staff were extremely rude! Checkin was a nightmare. Hotel is not clean. Their idea of clean is paint and the overuse of fabuloso.

The price was very high for the dirty floors, run down room and deterriorated pool area. The room had stains on the carpet, the hallways were filthy

The pool was out of order the jacuzzi tub would take hold water

The staff was so nice and very helpful. I never had to wait for service.

Some minor things but would be nice if it could be fixed. We where in 2 different rooms. The second room smelled horrible. And when you shower the water pressure is not good makes it hard to rinse off and the shower makes a load squeal the whole time.

Wrong room was assigned compared to my reservation . Hotel wanted me to pay additional 60-70$ to upgrade. 4 days later still trying to get my credit issued back to card but having to play the corporate game. Totally a rotten experience

It was very clean, the staff was very helpful and it was a nice quiet place to stay.

Off the interstate, close to restaurants and shopping

Very rude, banned pets no hot meals. I use to stay at this one all of the time when traveling through the past few years. Now they don't allow dogs and had to show my service dog ID. It's too bad as there was an open field for her to chase the frisbee.

Comfortable, clean, friendly place to stay.

The breakfast was slim pickings. Toast, mini cinnamon rolls, or a long line for the one waffle maker.

We got stranded here during a snowstorm. The hotel is very convenient to the highway and there are a lot of food choices in the immediate area. The hotel staff was nice and the room was clean. We enjoyed being able to have our dog in a jacuzzi suite.

The toilet paper was the worst I've ever encountered at a hotel. There are rules posted everywhere around the building which didn't feel very welcoming, but that's probably due to issues they've had with guests in the past. Our neighbor seemed shady.

The steps into the indoor hot tub were very slippery and I almost fell hurting my back

Waffles!

Other than waffles there wasn't much for breakfast. Donuts would have been nice, breakfast pastries, muffins. Not sure what I paid for the room, their receipt was $0
