Location and rooms were perfect

Front desk employees not being sure of check in procedures

The first room we were given had a disassembled AC unit sitting in the middle of the floor. Took the staff 20 minutes to figure out what other rooms were available. They tried to enter our room at 11:00 at night, as they were doing manual room checks

Even though the hotel has just started some new renovations, I had a very comfortable stay, in a very comfortable room. The staff was great, and even allowed me a later check out, due to flight delays at the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

Good choices for breakfast including Chobani yogurt and decent omelettes. Good price.

Looking a little tired with dirty hallways and visible water damage on hallway walls. No self-serve laundry.

It had bed bugs, we didn't stay we checked out as soon as we took notice

Stated they had certain amenities and those were not available. They would not refund even though we did not stay overnight.

Dirty, gross pool; no staff when entering hotel, could not follow up with crib request even though we called earlier about it and was told they had one.

Dirty, old & broken down. Chair had multiple rips and was discolored. Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling. Inside of coffee maker was filthy. Fitness room was closed for repairs. Copier out of ink. Did not eat breakfast due to dirt on storage

the reason for my stay was to enjoy the in room hot tub these tubs have the worst design for a drain plug in the down position for these plugs the water still slowly drains out making it take all night long to fill the tub could not enjoy the hot tub!!

The staff was very nice

They overdrafted my account due to charging me for damages to the room. After asking about the charge they said it was the wrong room.

Great breakfast and location, good bed.

I couldn¿t get room service until the last day and even then they only emptied 1/2 the trash. I was NOT told on check-in that I had to request it. I did request it on Fri and still got no service until Sun.(Only wanted flea towels and garbage emptied.

This hotel was amazing quality particularly for the price. I got a room with a jacuzzi tub. The Jacuzzi tub was perfectly cleaning? I did not have to wait for that before enjoying.

Staff members were very friendly, while their actions were very professional. If I needed help (e.g. unlocking my room, finding a channel on TV), they were right there, even when my "need" might be regarded by some as "trivial" (How do I access PBS?)

Just the limited access to channels on TV (but that is not the hotel's fault, of course)

Easy on/off I-94

Front desk clerk (Young girl with blonde hair) had a TERRIBLE attitude! I pre-paid for my nights stay however, even after I showed her the charges to my AmEx as well as the email, she was almost insistent to charge my CC again! She wasn¿t nice at all!

Newish furnishing and good location

Room not very clean. Bathroom obviously not cleaned hair and dirt all over. Hair in the bed sheets.

The hotel was located in a nice town, nearby where I was traveling for work.

The hotel was very dirty, ripped and damaged furniture in the room, and strong odor. There was obvious marijuana smell throughout the hotel and room. I left and traveled to a different hotel 30 minutes away for the remainder of my stay.
