Very dirty. Poorly maintained. Filthy carpeting, damaged drywall, moldy caulk, third-world care and cleanliness

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Linens were super clean, but much less so around the edge of the lower mattresses. Also, the air freshener used for our room 116 was unpleasant. But for the price, I felt I couldn't be picky and complain to the staff.

The smell of cigarettes the bed was hard and the sheets had cigarettes burns all over them tub was broken to properly shower

Location close to what I needed. Comfortable room for the value. Enjoyed the hot breakfast. Service was outstanding.

I don't care for those tiny pillows. I prefer full sized pillows.

Clean, convenient and the staff was great.

Key cards kept failing

Room was clean and helpful staff. Hallway and stairway had large clumps of dirt that was never vacuumed all the days we stayed there

Juice machine Out of Order every day. Couple guys from Charlotte area eating breakfast there every day. One of same guy sitting on bench w/red hospital socks on no shoes?

Stayed here twice this fall and was fine. This time was extremely noisy.

It was easy access from the highway, and our room was clean and smelled good. (No musty odor)

Room was very small, just one queen bed; and price was higher than the quality of the establishment/rooms would normally command. I would not expect to pay as much as we did for this room....HOWEVER, entire area was booked full for the weekend!!

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!!! The most courteous staff, friendly, personable! When I showered and was drying off I kept holding the towel over my face as it was so clean and fresh smelling as were the bed linens! This stay is so clean inside and out!!!

They ONLY thing I do not like about this motel is that other ones just like it in size, star rating, amenities don't even TRY to keep up with what this facility does for it's guests! This place needs promoted and featured so big so everyone knows about it

Yes my room was on the 2 nd floor people out side my room talking play lould music all night hotel staff as well people smoking cigarettes and smoking weed.i could smell it in my room.rude staff .I was charged $300.00 for smoking in the room I do nt smoke

We had a problem with the shower head. Within minutes of reporting it to the staff, the manager was here to check it out and returned shortly after that with a new shower head. Excellent service; friendly staff.

The sheets that were put on the bed were very wet. I rented this room for my son. He and his date had to sleep in their clothes on top of the blankets. The hotel said they would e-mail me issue a refund, but so far, no contact from anyone until this messa

They DO NOT have WIFI in the rooms as advertised. I was rudely dismissed by manager. He would not let me cancel the reservation, so I could go to a hotel with WIFI. He did nothing to help or compensate. Rundown rooms, broken chair & a/c, as well.

I only had to deal with one front desk the time I was there and he was GREAT. He even resolved a problem with and accidental cancelation problem created the people I booked with before I had even returned.
