Crown Choice Inn & Suites Lakeview and Waterpark

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, the waterpark/pool/spa, and the friendliness of the cleaning staff.

The front desk cashier was rude, racist, and ruined the entire experience.

Rooms are in rough shape for the price I paid

They wouldn¿t let me check in til 7 pm said they where having issues than when I was waiting at 7 to get in she asked me to wait even longer than they sent me down the wrong way to my room out in the horrible cold weather and laugh when I was back

Yes a lot the room was gross like looked like blood stains around the lamps, the room had mold an smelled mildew , nothing looked like was actually clean besides towels, the water park was cloudy an gross an there was no breakfast like the site mentions

Our room was located right above the arcade and someone decided to play game slated at night and it kept us awake. The hotel also had a smell throughout it. I guess you get what you pay for.

The location was great and the fact that it held my whole family was great. The pool and hot tub was great. When I booked the room it said that there was a breakfast also which there was NOT.

Smelled musty, floors were soaked on the corners of one room, beds super uncomfortable, lobby was closed and had to go to the other hotels lobby every time.

The location was ideal for exploring mackinaw city. My kids loved the waterpark.

The day we went to check out we found a bedbug crawling up the wall, brought it to the attention of management and they did nothing about it.

I stated in a room that was described as a kitchen but couldn¿t cook i made it work but it caused so much extra work for me bringing groceries i couldn't use

Not clean, very bad customer service and we left one night earlier. Lost payment of one night we had to leave because of bugs in the room, kids and my wife couldn't sleep from itching their bodies. In general very bad experience. Lost $550 because we left

It was located directly across the street from Ferry Boat.

Oh yes!! Room beding was dirty and dusty, so they moved us to another room. Only to find out that the toilet was not working properly, would not flush and telephone not working also.

It was good view pool was very good room was clean housekeeper was nice people

Close to town, 5 minute walk from downtown. Relatively quiet area.

Room was not kept up very well. Wallpaper coming off the walls, mold in the upper corners of the bathroom, and most of the furniture was dated and looked as such. Pool area was subpar at best. Lots of damage to the floor, jets didn't work in the hot tub.

It was great having a 2-bedroom suite and access to a water park for the children.

Dirty pool! Needs a thorough cleaning. There was evidence of rust and a bacterial smell from the breakdown of the chlorine. The attendants were not attentive. Parents were allowing their children to dive off HCAP lift.

The Water Park was awesome.

The breakfast sandwich itches in a paper bag did not taste right, it tasted like they had been refrozen, they were not edible to my Family and I.

We noticed The wallpaper around the windows were starting to peel which happens but when you see black mold behind it that becomes a serious matter when I told the front desk all I got was I¿m sorry and to call back the next day to speak with the manager.

Waterpark

Elevator kept going down, extension cords strung across hallway, One of our rooms got housekeeping one did not staff tried to blame it on Covid when we pointed out one of our rooms got housekeeping she just said she was sorry.

The staff was rude to us. We can't medically wear masks and I called about it before I came. We were yelled at and treated like we had leprosy. The price was outrageous for what we did get. The Waterpark, was a joke. I will never recommend this place

6 long black hairs in the shower! room was changed at the last minute to a partial view with 2 full beds on the 4th floor. We were credited $20 for the inconvenience. No continental breakfast, but were given 10% off coupons to a buffet down the street..??

The room was more spacious than expected. Very comfortable and home like. Very nice kitchen area. Only complaint, no shower curtain. Breakfast was a block away. Water park didn't open until 2 pm.
