Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful

No hot tub. I didn't notice when booking that they didn't have one so very disappointed that they only had a pool with no hot tub.

Front desk staff was not welcoming and not helpful. I walked away from desk to purchase online.

Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Our shower floor was chipping away misshapen and holding water after draining. Only complaint I can think of

Our window faced a wooded area. Much better than a parking lot or hwy. We were on the top (4th) floor but the hot water was instantaneous. Much better than my house! Very clean & beds were comfortable. Loved the biscuits & gravy!

Pet friendly bugs me, but I knew it was so should realize that some people don't follow the rules like taking their dogs into the breakfast area & leaving them in their rooms where they bark every time someone passes their door.

They could not find my reservation with the confirmation code or reservation number. They had to use my name.

Nice hotel. We got one of the extra large double queen rooms - amazingly spacious with a nice bathroom that had a separate sink - well worth the extra cost. Clean, good breakfast (although kept running out and long lines one morning with crowds).

Staff could be more friendly. Unable to keep breakfast stocked during busy mornings with crowds despite staff working hard and diligently. Location strange, not far from highway but only 1 road to the hotel, near Home Depot, other road closed.

The food was horrible the pool was filthy my room had not been cleaned properly and I was kicked out for complaining with my newborn baby and 102 year old grandmother after I paid in advance.

I was the guest of the day, which was very cute and came with a little bag of snacks and some rewards points for the loyalty program.

Cleanliness, staff, breakfast, location, excellent hotel. I have traveled a lot over the years staying in hotels, and this more than met my expectations. Very convenient location off the interstate.

The room was much bigger than anticipated. Numerous staff members greeted us upon arrival. Good location, was 15 minutes or less to the beach.

While everything else in the room was clean, it appeared that the desk area near the tv was missed. Obvious water rings and debris on the surface of the desk.

The room -- it was clean, well furnished, had a shade on the window that let in light but gave privacy. The breakfast -- probably the best provided breakfast I've had at a hotel.

All of the hallways were in need of cleaning/vacuuming. It was strange, since the room was so clean! A crew working in the area was on my floor. At 5:45-6:00 am, there was a mass exodus to work. The slamming doors woke me and my granddaughter.

Size of the rooms were grand!

I booked 2 rooms and I wanted them together. They weren't even on the same floor.

You have to stay 4 nights to get your room cleaned. Wished it could have been cleaned after 3 nights. I had to constantly ask for extra supplies for bathroom (towels & tissue paper). Also not enough trash cans in room. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Great staff and very clean room. Location was easy to get and from.
