Pros +
- Stuff was extremely friendly
- The rooms were nice
- Great location and helpful staff (though they are still learning).
Cons -
- We were asked to leave the restaurant in the middle of our dinner and drinks because they have a fire. That was a false alarm and nothing was comped.
- The staff was not knowledgeable of the area and the ice machines were down and should not charge guest for parking
- The hotel?s restaurant Alloy was atrocious for both a late snack and breakfast.
