Hyatt Place Ann Arbor

My king suite was jammed up in a corner, my mattress and pillows were hard and very uncomfortable, the blinds did not keep the room dark for naps in the day. The room was quite small for a king suite. Every single door in the hotel slams it’s ridiculous

Overall the hotel is nice.

I booked a two king room. They gave us a 1 and I had kids sleeping in the floor.

The staff were beyond amazing and accommodating also the restaurant located inside is very good!

Breakfast hours and menu. I wish they had longer hours for breakfast I had to be to work at 6 so most mornings I missed out on it. Wish they had a waffle maker the pancakes waffles I think come frozen not the tastiest the French toast sticks were decent!

Checked in at 7:30 pm. Room was not what we requested. We wanted a room with a king bed. Was given room with 2 king beds. No room to move around in. Call front desk upon getting to room. They said that was that was left. No room for friends to visit

It is super clean and the decor is updated. The breakfast is a huge upgrade to most hotel breakfasts-much appreciated.

Comfortable room, free breakfast

We wanted to stay an extra day (during the week) and the price quoted was $60 more than comparable hotels in the area. They refused to give us a better rate, so we checked out and checked into a different hotel which had all of the same amenities.

Excellent in location, quality of the room, staff service, lobby area, gum and pool, and breakfast.

One of the two elevators was down, but it looked definitely like a temporary issue.

We have stayed there for 5 or 6 times and each time is a great experience. The staff is very professional. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is wonderful. We will always stay there whenever we are in Ann Harbor.

I was treated terribly by the staff. They were rude and treated my wife poorly. The cleaning staff pounded on the door - my wife and I told them to come back very clearly. They pounded again 2 mins later and opened the door on my wife changing clothes

They scared my wife and we¿re rude. I need a refund.

The room was spacious and well laid out with ample comfortable seating. Bed was very comfortable. Window shades gave great options for controlling lighting.

I would have like a nightlight of some sort for the bathroom as the light options were both very bright (which is a feature during other times(

Really nice staff. Thank you! Wish the rooms and laundry room were a bit cleaner -- discoloration along the bottom of the toilet/shower, dirty washing machine -- but it's pretty par for any Hyatt hotel. The Marriott hotels in Michigan are sadly awful.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I¿ve ever stayed in! The elevator and room smelled and looked very clean. The bed and bedding were extremely comfy! Great location! Very friendly staff!
