Sheraton Ann Arbor Hotel

This is hotel is very nice, has a nice bar, good breakfast, nice rooms, nice pool, and a great location to UMICH.

It was not that bad. The hotel does not have ice machines, but made up for it by having ice bags available at the front desk. Nice save Sheraton Staff.

I liked the black out curtains and the shower was very nice

The bartender charged us $12 each for a beer. Gave us change for a $50 in ones.Very tacky.

Room had horrible air freshener smell. So bad that I had a horrible headache from it. Cleaning staff in the hallway complaining about their job with one lady actually crying.

Both mornings the housekeepers were talking loudly enough to wake us up.

Clean room, good location

I was given the room by elevator on 1st floor. Very noisy, got woken up several times.

Super clean and conveniently located. Also, the staff was extremely friendly and professional.

The ONLY issue was that the elevators are very small. 4 average sized people without luggage was too many to be comfortably distanced. We were on the 2nd floor so we took the stairs to avoid the tiny elevators.

Very nice rooms, clean rooms with nice touches like pen and paper which have been scarce since covid. I'm surprised by the 3 1/2 star rating as everything was consistent with a nice 4-star hotel, except for the dreaded shared shower mounted shampoo.

I wish hotels would do away with the nasty shared bottles of shampoo and body wash. Grosses me out to touch a pump that 200 people before me touched after washing their bums.

This hotel smells amazing. I¿m not sure if it¿s the air purifiers that they have throughout the hotel and inside the guest rooms, but the air smelled fresh and clean.

Unfortunately the hot tub was broken.

You are paying for the name, the hotel was nice but not all its hyped up to be.

Arrived a little after 9, was told the restaurant was not serving any more food only drinks at the bar and the restaurants outside of the hotel were closed. The bed made my back hurt, there was someone with a dog in a room beside me and it got very noisey
