Reasonable rate.

Breakfast was only fair. Alarm clock was broken. Water pressure was weak. Floors and walls show wear and dirt. Remodel is due. Parking lot and fencing needs improvement.

Large room

No water first morning when we needed to shower, bathroom dirty. Water problems entire time. No conditioner or body wash. Waffles at breakfast broken both days. Run down; manager was ?unavailable? when we were having water problems. Never again!

Clean and comfy rooms.

Breakfast items were the same for our 3 day stay. We had a difficult time with channels working appropriately with Direct TV.

the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was first rate.

There was no hot water in the first room. It was a known issue. We were immediately moved to a better room with both hot and cold running water.

Both the pool and the hot tub were too cold to go into. Frustrating to look for a hotel with this feature and it not be reported as down.

Location

Broken glass outdoor pool patio. Dirty sticky carpet in room, hairs in bathroom, piece of metal ended up in my foot from the bedroom carpet. Bad breakfast, dry oats in oatmeal container couldn¿t even be scooped. Omelets burnt. No conditioner. Worst H Inn

I asked that my room be cleaned and it wasn¿t. My room, 175 also had an extreme unfriendly smell, hit you as soon as you entered the room. You get used to it after several mins but when you re-enter¿.BOOM! Always love staying here, next time will be gre

I have stayed at this location twice. Check in was a breeze, no stress, very professional, very welcoming. Staff at the front desk has gone above and beyond to help me through some obstacles I faced. The staff members do an outstanding job all of them.

From check in to check out. I was stressed out from my drive here. The staff turned my evening completely around. Check in was easy and I was made to feel so comfortable. The room was amazing, housekeeping went above & beyond. Thank you to all of you

Beds were comfy! Very clean!

Utilized the pool, but only for a few minutes... It was FREEZING! When traveling with children, I purposely book hotels with pools. Was disappointed it was so cold.

The staff is very nice, answered all of our questions & concerns. They have a swimming pool & hot tub. Breakfast was good-the usual omelettes, sausage, baked goods, etc. Easy check out.

I found it a little strange that our room did not have a set of drawers to put our clothes in but we only stayed one night so we made use of the hangers in the closet. And They only had small bottles of shampoo & conditioner.

Clean spacious peaceful room and linens. Shower room clean and modern. Peaceful in spite of nearby busy road.

Would have preferred a fully closing more private door in the bathroom instead of the sliding door.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. My daughter was able to use the breakfast area as a work space in the evenings as she had homework that was due during our stay.

The wasn't a traditional bathroom door. There was a barn door that slid between the bathroom and the closet, but it didn't seal for full privacy. I shared this room with my daughter and we hear each other's every bathroom trip.

Breakfast is just an average quality, and it needs a little bit improvement.

Best hotel on our trip, stayed at 6 different hotels on a road trip. Texas to Michigan and back to Texas, this was the best of all.

The male staff member taking care of the breakfast was very helpful to me with my 10 month old daughter. The rooms were also spacious for a pack n play.

The room we were in first had not been cleaned well. The bed had been made over extremely dirty sheets, used shampoo bottle in shower, hair all over shower, and dirty sink. Was very disappointed in cleanliness.
