Bathroom needs updating. Had to reach behind in order to get the toilet paper. We took the roll off the dispenser and set it on the sink next to the toilet. Exhaust fan would’ve been nice. Mirror fogged up after shower, and got stinky after we used it.

Great staff. Good breakfast options. Convenient location. The size and layout of the room was amazing. We had a room by the elevator, and it was surprisingly quiet!

The room was inconvenient. Phone charger on only one side of the bed, and bathroom counter was only a few inches wide; not big enough tor my two hair tools, not to mention cosmetics.

No hot water, interrupted TV service and very noisy

Very close to where my family lives in Michigan.

We stayed 6 nights and the only thing that could have been better was to have a different selection of foods to eat at breakfast. Scrambled eggs 6 days in a row gets old!!!

The location was where we wanted to be and the price was right.

We found hair on the comforter and the room and the hotel were dated; it could use some updating since it's in a great location.

Friendly staff, Comfortable Beds, Clean Room, Sink IN the Bathroom, Room Thermostat on the wall, not by the window. Easy Check In, and Check Out.

Large room, plenty of counter/desk space to spread out, very clean, easy in and out access to room for us and pet (dog) for walks, thick walls and doors for noise reduction.

No. The reason we had to move to another hotel was to be closer to our destination.

Front desk staff was very friendly

Pool was very dirty and breakfast was listed to be at 6am-9:30am however breakfast was late both days I was there. It was out at 6:20 and 6:45.

The breakfast was not a ¿full breakfast¿ as promised. No hot food out.

Right off of the highway. Location conveniently located near the main street, gas station, and restaurants. Generally, the staff was kind.

The bedsheet and pillow had a faint smell of smoke. Visitors were noisy in the hallway during quiet hours, but they did nothing about it despite the complaint. Had two body lotions and no conditioner, easily fixable, just pointing out lack of detail.

No complaints. Pleasant stay.

Breakfast was very basic. Cereal, yoghurt, granola bars. Grab and go due to Covid restrictions.

The hotel experience met our needs. What exceeded our expectations was the shuttle service from the hotel to the OSU-UM game and back. The breakfast was very good and nice restaurants were within 5 minutes walking distance of the hotel.

The room was small, but adequate. Most important to be remembered is that the room was very clean and all that two men need is two clean beds and a clean bathroom, which we got.

The staff changed us to another room when our bed was uncomfortable

They allowed our two rooms to be next to one another. (My daughter has a newborn, and we wanted to be close by to help.)

The double beds seemed like wider singles!
