The operaions manager insisted on calling the police to have me removed from the hotel and told not to return because his front desk staff checked me in early but never informed me I was expected to check out after 8 hrs. I was humiliated .

Good variety of breakfast options

The pics all show a hot tub where the pool is located and there is no hot tub. The room setup was strange too the sink was in the room not in the bathroom which threw me

I was put in the very last room on the floor #301 at the very end of the building. No one said I was less than 500 feet from train tracks that come roaring through at 3am. Which scared me 1/2 to death & then continued to clicky clack for another 5 minute.

Convenient location for our event of the university

It is an old hotel. Has an old smell to it. Breakfast was just ok.

That the website said it had a hot tub, but they dont. It was taken out years ago front desk said. As well the beds are hard !

Friendly staff. Clean in the parking lot and lobby area. Nice little snack shop with drinks,food, chips,personal hygiene items , candy, ice cream bars. Outstanding breakfast fresh fruit, make your own waffles, meat,bagels, cereal, milk, juice, muffins.

Hotel room smell bad and it needed major up grade work on building

There was a storm. Hotel phones were knocked out. My car would not start the following morning. I had left my personal cell phone at home. The hotel front desk clerk-Mr. Xavier Clemons- was extremely helpful, using his own phone, to help me contact AAA .

Everything was perfect. Linens, cleaning, quiet, safe.

I requested 2 queen beds by phone on the day of purchase. 1 bed was selected by thr hotel by error. The front desk manager corrected an error with 2 queen beds.

It was difficult to locate the hotel, because: There was no sign for the hotel off State Street driving North from I-94 West exit. The hotel needs to place a sign on N State Street for the first turn otherwise it's a needle in a hay stack finding h

From the welcoming staff at check in to the condition of the room everything was excellent. Enjoyed some of the good breakfast, though we left 15 minutes prior to the designated start time.

No. Had TV difficulty, but the staff immediately came up to discover a cord had loosened from it's terminal. Easily rectified, but was willing to change our room if problem couldn't be fixed.

Cleanliness of facilities, and quality of breakfast and coffee, quiet location close to mall and expressway, but tucked away from the noise and traffic.

I liked everything. I'm not a fan of the layout where the dressing area is within the bounds and view of the room (rather than in the bathroom), but that is personal preference. And since I was traveling alone, it did not matter in this circumstance.

It was in a great location, VERY nice and clean!

Walls and doors are paper thin could hear everything going on in the hallway and other rooms. Had kids and adults slamming doors and running around at midnight and again at 4:00 in the morning had a bunch of people partying in the hallway no heat in pool

Location

I was dissapointed that the Hot Tub was not working. That was a main feature I was looking for. I would have chosen a different hotel if I knew it was unavailable. My room upon entering had a foul smell like a sewer. I was very disappointed
