Residence Inn by Marriott Ann Arbor Downtown

The renovated rooms are great. Spacious, comfortable, plenty of amenities.

There is no parking on site, and the closest has a high daily rate. I would expect there to be a discount or comp, it would give them an edge over other hotels nearby.

Fantastic Hotel in Ann Arbor, walking distance to town, shops, restaurants, Farmers Market. The nicest and most helpful staff!  (blonde at the Front desk in the afternoon and mornings) were SO kind and welcoming. Thanks Team!

Nothing. It was all fantastic.

Upon our arrival, Littiece, the front desk receptionist was extremely helpful. All the staff was friendly and the continental breakfast excellent. Location was everything I had hoped for.

No bar or restaurant, but there were plenty in the immediate locality.

The privacy , kitchens and spacious suites the beds and the bathroom , all very nice and on point

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean! The staff, e made us feel welcome and were so helpful and kind! Went out of their way to guide for our first trip there. Location is downtown and close to all the restaurants and shoppes!

Great location and friendly service. Accommodating to handicapped, with ample services and easy access to the entire property. Quick and easy check in and out service.

More of an area to smoke for friends or guest who visit, gets a bit crowded out front.

The breakfast was great. The staff were very pleasant to deal with and helpful.

The toilet was very short I have bad knees so that wasn’t great. That’s the only thing I could complain about.

Housekeeper. The room alarm clock woke up at 6:30 am on the first day. Asked for housekeeping, and they just dropped towels.

Elevators: fast. Breakfast is good if you think american.

Entrance is so ordinary and cheap. No hot tub, no sauna. AC programmed weird way: either it cools, but if overcooled it immediately starts heating even it is 90 degrees outside that way it worked all the time.

The location was perfect. Everything I wanted to do was close at hand and there were plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby and it was very quiet, so much quieter than I thought it would be. I loved my stay there and will stay again if I return to Ann Arbor.

Location, ease of use, great elevators

Great location for our travel needs

Room was a little dusty on side tables and under the desk. Couch in room had dirt marks on it and wasn’t very comfortable to sit on it because it had areas that the cushions were flattened.
