Pros +
- Very well decorated inside with holiday themes. Nice staff/owners who made breakfast for us.
- Location, parking and friendly staff.
- Absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and charming place and experience. Pat, the innkeeper, was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious! The room and bed were both very comfortable and homey, and the accommodations were excellent.
Cons -
- Parking spots on site was limited. Lots of stairs to get to the room - tough for people with knee issues. Room is cute but small without many of the modern hotel features such as a chair/table, fridge, newer TV.
- Bedroom and bathroom were not clean. There was hair and debris on the bathroom floor and rugs. There was dirt, cobwebs and dust in the corner of the bathroom behind the door and all along the baseboard in both rooms.
- The room was really dusty. Bathroom needed some additional cleaning. Would suggest more housekeeping

Hotel employee was such a sweet host! As soon as we got there she gave us a map and recommendations of things to do in Ann Arbor. She was so hospitable and helpful when we needed extra towels or toiletries. I would definitely stay again!
