Television Sensor Wasn't Working The Access Available Channels.

Tv wasn't work but most importantly r key didn't work they had to change r lock at 12 midnight

Staff was delightful

When I arrived at the airport....I called the hotel to get a shuttle and I couldn't reach anyone....they kept on hanging up on me....so I paid for a cab! After that, I was able to use the shuttle often and the drivers were wonderful.

Well kept, good location near lots of restaurants and easy to get to our destination. Despite being right next to the train tracks, with the air on in the room, the trains could barely be heard.

The pool was small, very busy, and some "kids" were vaping in the pool area, as it was not monitored. Several people had to get more towels from the front desk. Our room was stuffy, with the air on all the time, it needed some more air movement.

The breakfast was amazing with workers who were constantly checking and replenishing the items. It would be in a convenient location if there wasn't construction right in front of the driveway. (There was another way to get in).

Sadly, yes, there is a longer list. When we checked in we found that the TV remote would only get one channel. We were told at the desk that no one would be available until the next day. Next day still no one, so we requested a room change.

Location was ideal for my 50th class reunion from Allen Park High School. I've stayed at many Hampton Inns nationwide and I appreciate the morning breakfast.

I stayed 4 nights and I was surprised that there was no maid service until I checked out. I used the same towels and waste baskets were full after 4 days. If that is Hilton's policy, announce it at check-in.

The guest services employee was not too friendly when we checked in. Was NOT helpful at all when it came to arranging a shuttle or letting us now it's ETA. We ended up using Uber instead because no info was shared with us.

Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of pillows and towels. Front desk was having computer problems so it took an extremely LONG time to check in as there was a LONG line of guests waiting.

How big and open the King rooms were was awesome! The beds were comfy and the bathroom was big and spacious.

It would have been awesome if there was a hot tub to enjoy. Maybe a bigger breakfast would've been nice. But over all it was a new, clean hotel.

The room was nice.

There were some items left in the room from the previous guest. The room was not cleaned properly. There was a bunch of noise in the pool area the whole time the pool was open making it nearly impossible to be in the pool area.

Rooms are clean and excellent staff, excellent breakfast service.

The lady at the front desk from Ukraine was the reason this was a positve experience-she was so welcoming and pleasant. We had a delayed flight and a long day and she just perked me right up and made me smile.

The room had a pretzel on the floor on the side of the bed which made me to know it was not vacuumed thoroughly. Also, some questionable stains on the wall in the toilet area.

You  at 17:11, Feb 6: This hotel is unsafe.....they gave another guest a key to my room......the guest actually enter my room .....I left and returned later and my key didn't work....I had to go back downstairs to get my key activated....this should

The staff was absolutely amazing. Checking in and out was fast and easy. I ended up having to stay another day, and with no issue at all everything was taken care of right away. They were great.

No, everything was great. The room was nice. It was clean, and the location was not bad at all. It was easy to get to and from all the 0aces that we went while there.

The breakfast was fresh and delish and the area was so clean and beautiful! We were able to eat and enjoy watching the television in total comfort! Refrigerator and microwave in room was an absolute PLUS! Front desk Mgr. was so hospitable and kind!!!

The pool closed much too early!!! 9pm on a weekend is unrealistic... :-(

It was clean. Great hot breakfast. Nice staff.

Needed 2 bottles of water at night for my daughter's medication and had to pay for it. Peanutbutter, jelly, and crackers were left in the room from the previous visitors.
