Breakfast is good. The room is big and great price for the offering

The spare pillow for the extra guest is dirty. The shower room floor is very slippery

Room was like a studio apt. It was very accommodating.

The stove top was not clean other than that, everything was A okay! Looking forward to staying again ¿¿

Cleanliness

Check out was 11am but the website said 12noon

Room and facilities were great. No problems there.

Will never stay again as we were told they’d honour the noon check out and then at 11am the front desk called and rudely kicked us out even thought the website states a noon check out.

Great room. I stayed for 10 days in the one bedroom apt. Staff kept the room clean every 3 days and no issues.

There is an industrial office right next to the hotel. I heard some noise from the movement of vehicles early in the morning which sometimes disturbed my sleep, but I think it’s bearable

The staff were condescending & made me feel targeted. I brought balloons for my husbands birthday and they immediately gave me a speech about how they don’t allow parties. I advised them I wasn’t having a party. They told me the room can’t indicate that I had a party so there should be no sign of cake or confetti. I advised them I had neither. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

The breakfast was really good, the staff is even better very sweet nice and smiles everywhere I would stay there all the time!

Nothing our tv didn't work and just like that they moved us no questions asked

We arrived later in the evening due to our flight. The Desk person was pleasant, we got to our room and it's a decent size, but a little overpriced, the outside was very nice, needs a little dusting and plants need watering, parking spots were plentiful, and we had no problem with that. We don't require housekeeping services for three days or less, but we did due to our staying 5 days, also there was one sheet of paper towel on the roll, but we went to the desk and was given a new role promptly. I spoke with the manager, he was very concerned and professional regarding a problem we had after we asked someone to clean the room after the third day, just minor ie: clean towels and washcloths, dump garbage, but the communication did not go over very well, so that was a minor issue. The lady at the front desk was very kind and talked to me about our visit, which was for a very sad occasion, other than that it was ok.

The front door is not obvious. Otherwise, perfect.

Conveniently located to highway and restaurants.

The bathroom shower curtain had mildew on it. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been.

Well it was ok after I got a clean room. So lot of time waisted on going to a room that wasn't cleaned. And the the breakfast was very sad.

The pull out sofa bed in the queen suite was filthy. Didn't look like the sheets had ever been changed. Stains, crumbs, gross.

Comfortable beds. Lots of unexpected amenities in the room.

Vagueness about pet fee which seemed extreme compared to other locations.

We were traveling with our two dogs and they made us feel very welcomed and gave us helpful items.

The breakfast was not very tasty. The French toast was spongy, the scrambled eggs were also spongy. Also, a 20 oz. soda should not be $4.

The outside patio with fire pit was nice.

Not having use of the pool and hot tub. I called multiple times to make sure the pool and hot tub were working before our first night and things were fine from what I was told. We get there and the pool and hot tub were both out of service for the duration of our trip.

Nice and great presentation of different food choices..

The Jets were not working well at all … and shower head was molded…. Only disappointment …

Very accommodating

Pool area grungy found a band aid on floor next to hot tub & towels made for a toddler. Iam a normal size person and I had to use 2/3 to dry off.

Good breakfast. I do not do eggs and bacon. Waffles and fruit were great. The coffee was wonderful.

The large shower could use a grab bar. But otherwise, the bathroom was excellent.
