The front desk manager was rude.. I asked if they can check the toilet pressure and she acted like it was deliberately done.plus she wouldn¿t have anyone vacuum our room

The staff corrected the issues that we had and adjusted our bill.

In the first room that we were assigned, the bathroom leaked water onto the floor and the water in the toilet was dark brown. They assigned us another room. We then had noisy neighbors in the adjacent room. They hotel staff remedied the situation.

Did not make the reservation cancellation deadlines me of4pm 6-21. My schedule didn¿t change until 6-22 in the am. I had to pay for an unused room.

The breakfast is was nice. The room was super clean.

The staff was crazy. There was also a foreign guy pacing up and down the hall for a few hours scream on his phone. The pool is right next to the front desk and door, the whole place smells like bleach. For the price, we should¿ve gotten a different hotel.

Hotel is dated, cleanliness was lacking, and there was a strong chlorine smell emanating from the pool that I could smell in my third floor room.

The breakfast was the best part of this hotel. Hot and fresh items, wide variety, nice breakfast area.

The pool was very cold and had algae growth. The water was murky. Common areas upstairs were dirty. The bathroom and microwave counter were dirty. Mold in a few spots in the bathroom; hair, dirt. Phone, USBs broken. Sink backed up. Toilet hard to flush.

Price was slightly too high. The TV channels need to be reprogrammed. You guys need to completely overhaul your in-room entertainment (I¿ve seen too many other complaints about the TV before booking)

My daughter and I go to this same hotel many, many times a year. We are generally well pleased, but this time staff (a woman) was business-like to the point of being almost rude. No friendliness whatsoever. This was our 1st bad experience like this.
