Location, indoor outdoor pool option. Outdoor area

Rooms were not clean, lacked basic attention such as dusting and cleaning behind objects. Booked for two double beds, changed room to a king size bed and sleeper loveseat. Several or the rooms had wet carpet. Very inattentive and rude staff

Breakfast was a amazing.

It?s a little dated.. some paint and doors being fixed would go far.

Clean and the price was competitive

The check in staff actually discouraged me from coming back

No elevator I was on 2 nd floor and I¿m handicapped was very hard to get up and down

Room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was heated. Bed was comfortable. It was a great stay. And Parking lot was plowed by the morning.

The location was great for us, the staff was kind and efficient, the breakfast was terrific.

I thought the price was high for the place being so dated. Pictures made it look newer.

Cleanliness Check in staff directed us to park on side of hotel furthest from our room.

Going into the stairwell was like entering a sauna/he** I felt so sorry for the poor woman sweeping, she was pouring sweat. Also the sheets on the pullout bed had poop on them, hadn¿t been changed :(

It was CLEAN and up-to-date. The staff were very accommodating, even though we weren't sure if we'd have to book another night at the last minute!!! Thank you!!!

Location to Adrian College very close.Price was reasonable.

Bathtub/shower did not drain well,water backup in tub.NO vent or fan in bathroom, mirrors fog up. Loud doors slamming shut all hours of the night from people coming and going from rooms.

The location and ambiance was very pleasant and relaxing. The table in the rear of the hotel provided a view that will let your daydreams run wild.

The showers are outdated.

The price of this hotel is great considering the competition on the area

I'm guessing that the reason. It we as.so.cheap was because of the lack of internet in the rooms. Like I can check my email but now I had to buy a bunch of data for at my ps4. Not even any ethernet ports. What is this 1984

Cleanliness. The hotel was clean and nice. All of the clerks were very nice except for the check-in clerk who warned me that I was not to have any parties or smoke. I am a senior citizen. She was not wearing a mask

the check in clerk was unfriendly, stated that people in Lenawee County were crazy & I would only be allowed to stay there if we had been there before. I do realize that there had been problems in the past.

very quiet and the breakfast was good quality with eggs, sausages, hash browns too.

Only thing I did not like was the purchase. $--., but at checkout when I paid, they added $20 for taxes and fees. Not happy about that surprise.

Its clean, comfortable, nice overall atmosphere. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave which a lot of hotels do not. I had to leave before the breakfast area was open but they offer coffee 24/7. Close to restaurants and shopping.

No elevator to get to the second floor. A nice young mans helped this old lady carry her bag up the stairs but I had to make 2 trips to lug my stuff downstairs when checking out. Next time I will know to request a first floor room!
