The only thing is we pd --- for the night and desperately needed at least a one hr later checkout..and they wouldn't allow...--- is a lot of money for zero leeway

Sound travels terribly through the celling... The entire trip all night long sounded like things being thrown, dropped, slammed, constant running some nights I actually thought it was a fight but it was continuous multiple nights. Very unpleasant.

too many children in pool for bd party and was unable for myself and my family to use. was disappointed.

Location and staff. The entire stay would have been better had the refrigerator in the room worked or my door key would had granted me access to the "Ice Room" on jy floor.

The rooms

Kept getting the run around for a manager to talk to, had to sit Out of the pool bc there was a big party in the pool room for people that weren¿t even apart of the hotel

The room was very cool as far as temperature which was great since it was so hot outside couldn't really watch TV or see in mirrors in bathroom as they were so smeared up also there were no drinking cups in the room to drink out of

Salt water pool which they don't tell you it's saltwater and they were apparently out of food to cook for the free breakfast your stay included

The staff was courteous and friendly. My room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was in walking distance of the restaurants. The continental breakfast was delicious. They provide a variety of tasty breakfast food.

Room had a horrible stench to it and I ended up getting very sick to where I missed couple days off. Probably won¿t be staying there again. I will choose the cheaper hotels for now on. When it first opened it was great now idk it¿s fallen apart.

It was modern, and the breakfast was ok

I was given the wrong room and couldn¿t get it because housekeeping didn¿t want to clean a room, not because they weren¿t available. Then I picked up someone else¿s trash and put it in the maid cart waste basket and was scolded! Very rude.

Breakfast was great, work our room had good variety. Rooms were updated and nice.

Room did not appear clean from last user. Coffee sugar everywhere, floor looked in vacuumed, bathroom shower was dirty.

Very close to the dispensaries. But nothing else. Beds were hard, they complained about bringing extra pillows, and tried to charge me a $50 incidental deposit when I barely paid that much for the room.

No hot tub, tiny pool, and the staff was ATROCIOUS. Refused to refill the waffles so my boyfriend could eat bc it would¿ve inconvenienced her, then told us we should¿ve been faster. We all got to eat except him. Hotel employee is awful. Worst Hampton ever.
