Location, decor, self check-in, free parking
Location location location. Beautiful beach. Dog friendly. Helpful staff. Reasonable rates. Close to restaurants.
Availability to beach, Motel personnel exceptionally helpful and nice and first floor access.

Cons -

Room was cold when we arrived, as well as the water from the hot faucet. The ac fan rattled. Missing outlet on one side of the queen bed. Lack of lines in the parking lot caused cars to park far apart so we had to park in the back lot
Room was very small and thin walls between rooms. If you plan on staying in the room for most of your time, this is not for you. Needs updating.
The tv reception wasn't that good on certain channels but that didn't bother me.
