Village By The Sea

The condo was large and very comfortable.

We were changed to a third floor condo. No elevators in the building. My husband and I are age 72 and 80!

Great location close to town and beaches

Paper thin walls (SO much noise from other guests kept me up late and woke me up early), not very clean - the floor had definitely not been vacuumed or mopped before our arrival, very limited dished to cook/serve food. game room equipment mostly broken/d

Very little sound proofing. We could hear every footstep and toilet flush above us. I suggest getting an upper floor if you don't mind stairs.

Location was perfect. Pool/hot tub indoor building was warm and clean.

Hallway of unit smelled strongly of smoke. Unit itself was fine.

Nice room with a washer and dryer that are great for our long 9 night stay.

We stayed for over a week and much of the dishes are labeled if opened a $50 fee will be charged. A staff member told me you have all you need. Apparently she is not a cook. No maid service so you are responsible for removing rubbish and towels etc...

I loved the size, outdoor space, pool and opportunity to cook.

It is so nice and spacious. They have a full kitchen inside so I cooked in. The two bathrooms. It had about everything you need inside. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board. My bed was comfortable plus!

Everything was great. Seniors may not want the walk downstairs two flights.

Everything. It was a beautiful place! Very very clean. Flat screen tvs. An outdoor sitting area off my unit to see the pink moon at night. Two nice bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Full kitchen. Living room. Nice little outside pool.

I wouldnt tell a person with any problems with walking to stay because it is a walk down a flight of steps to the unit. But for anybody with enough fitness. Beautiful!

Exterior of buildings and grounds of resort pristine. However, interior a different story. Walls in hallways very scruffed up with a lot of black marks on them. Inside room, carpet very dirty and stained. Furniture very scruffed up. Ancient. Needs updates

The person at the reception. She gave me very few information about what the hotel CAN provide to us.

We selected a 2 bed 2 bath unit. It was perfect for our family. There was space and privacy for all!

We enjoyed the convenience of the pool and hot tub.

Just wish the pool etc.. was open longer

Love love this place out of all the places we have stayed in Wells!! Definitely put new hideout!!

Enjoyed the size of our rooms and the location. Had a great view of the salt marshes and houses near the ocean's edge. Eateries and shopping were just down the street.

The indoor pool and hot tub were cloudy so we didn't try them out . The outside pool was beautiful, clean and crystal clear.
