Pros +
- Condo option with seperarate bedrooms
- The 2 bedroom unit with the kitchen was beautiful, airy, and spaceous. It felt more like an apartment or condo than a hotel unit.
- Clean, comfortable, and great location. Plenty of room for a family. Nice pools, fire pits, and outdoor games.
Cons -
- The noise from the pool and guests congregating outside unuwere over the top loud!
- Slight disappointment to learn there's no breakfast on site, but Congdon's just up the road totally makes up for that.
- Walls and ceilings EXTREMELY thin, worst I've ever had. If there's a kid or group of people above you, you'll know. We had both - loud group where you could hear full conversations + kids running back and forth across the ceiling very late and very early.

Unit was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, kitchen was large with dishwasher and full refrigerator. Furniture was modern. Units still open with physical keys, however.

The pre-season pricing for the 2 room suit
10:00 am check out is a bit early, at least 11:00am would be better
The hotel was easy to find, convenient to the beach, the outdoor pool was heated and very clean. The staff was very friendly & we enjoyed having a full kitchen available right in the room. I have already recommended it to a coworker, and would stay again!
Felt like home away from home. WiFi was strong enough to stream movies from Netflix and play online games. Came with a fully stocked kitchen (utensils, wine opener, ice tray, bowls ect.). Was very pleased
No hot tub. Could hear other guests walking around in the room above us
full kitchen and air conditioned
A little bit dated
Location
There were no trash barrels in the bed rooms. That¿s the ONLY thing I would change.
Our unit was better than we expected.
