Great location of touristing to nearby Portsmouth New Hampshirite

Electrical outlet was bad that has microwave plugged in.

Easy to find and room looked as the pictures showed.

We had a problem with the temp in the room. There was either no heat or sauna. Too hot at night to sleep well.

It was very dirty , the ac filter was disgusting so we took it out of the ac, bathroom mirror was dirty , light above bed had tons of dead bugs in it , bed pillows need to be updated, back sun porch had napkins stuck in it because it had holes in it

AC unit had mold on front of unit,spots on bathroom floor,edging of carpet had not been vacuumed,bed sheet was gritty,spiders and webs near ceiling corners, mold/mildew within rubber edging inside refrigerator. Shower drain could've ripped open a toe

The hotel was convenient to get to.

The hotel room was unclean with lots of insects, such as spiders and pumpkin bugs all over the place. I did not feel comfortable staying here and I would not return.

Cheapest motel in area. Bed, microwave & bath utilities were clean. Staff was very helpful to me. It's kind of dilapidated so it's just a place to lay your head for the night. I dont care about aesthetics so it's fine for me alone & I'd stay here again.

Know what youre getting. Rooms are kinda falling apart. There was a panel missing from the wall & a tile missing on the floor. Floor & base heaters were dirty. Fortunately I dont care about this as I always wear shoes and didnt expect more for the price.

This hotel could do better if they cared, I doubt I had new bed sheets and covers, hygiene wise this hotel needs to do something cause I felt like nobody cared about my staying. I understand money wise the price is cheap but people wouldn¿t mind paying

Lack of lighting. Could use and additional lamp.

The staff were fairly nice and accommodating.

They have a serious bedbug problem. The first night, my husband and I were bitten up. I know they were bedbugs due to the fact that the bites were in the typical cluster formation, and the box spring had the dark brown/black spots (bedbug droppings).

They left the key to the cabin in a box for us because we didn¿t arrive until 0130.

The room nothing like the photos. The bed was old full size bed. Food left in refrig from June 6 Olive Garden. Ants in bathroom, molded shower curtain, 1 towel, hand towel, 2 wash cloths for 4 nite stay.

It was in the area we wanted to stay in.

It was built as a cottage but was not one. It was 2 rooms with beds and a bathroom. The entrance door had no deadbolt. There was no chairs or table. Full bed in one room was bad. Mattress was horrible. There were no bath towels. Only 3 face towels

Key smelled like marijuana, mold by the air conditioner, no deadbolt, no remote, 4 spiders and webs in bathroom so it wasn¿t cleaned properly. Air conditioner didn¿t put out for size of the room and the shower was tiny..

The water was not working for almost the whole duration of my stay, the owners of the hotel made us feel very uncomfortable by being invasive several times. I was promised a refund for a night that I did not spend in the hotel, which I did not receive.

Nothing!! The room was dusty, full of cobwebs and spiders, there was garbage and cigarette butts all over the ground in the front of the cabin.

Was an overall bad experience. We slept in our clothes on top of the covers.. Only stayed one of two nights. Poor housekeeping all around. Dirty footprints left in the bathroom. Shower was not fully cleaned.

Moldy shower curtains towels on the ground, not convenient amenities and the staff is so lazy

Went without water for 4 hours because a pipe break apparently. One of the guests ended up having to fix it. People throwing fireworks in the parking lot repeatedly and other guests that appeared to be ¿on something¿ according to the person at the desk
