Pros +

Location, cleanliness and the friendly staff.
The location is great. The free breakfast came with the room. It was served in one of the restaurants and you get to chose items off the menu. Excellent food
Beautiful harbor view, delicious breakfast. Would definitely return for a longer stay.

Cons -

I would love if every room has a TV and mini fridge. But the experience was the place is wonderful.
Thought housekeeping could be better. Also, each room is different so know what type you''re booking.
