- The refrigerator and a/c unit were not working properly. However they might like to review their policy on how a guest changes rooms. They had us remove our belongings to the hallway until we returned our key and re-registered us. Totally embarrassing.

Our room was grossly dirty. Urine on the bathroom floor, piles of black hair by the shower. Hair and used elastics by the beds.
