Comfort Inn South Portland Airport

Clean. Price was decent.

Room was quite small. However we were only staying one night so it was okay.

Breaakfast

Internet didn’t work in the room

I got this hotel because it had a shuttle to the airport, it did not. They get an Uber that did not show up. I ended up getting one as a few of us tried but mine showed up. The clerk gave me cash for it but I think a better system is necessary

Clean and close to the airport

Some weed smell in the hallway

Modernization of facility

Small breakfast room and too many people.

Convenient location

AC in room did not work well and was very noisy. Breakfast buffet was quite poor. Significantly worse than Hilton Tru and Fairfield Marriott.

Price was reasonable, staff friendly

The walls were a little thin, I could hear my neighbors late night phone call phone call to his wife every time the window AC cycled off.

No tv service. We only received 4 channels. Bed was fair quality.

Friendly customer service, beds where comfortable. Breakfast was good and nicely stocked at all times!

Good price for a quick one night stay.

Not the hotel's fault but road construction was an issue.

Convenient to the airport. Clean, updated room. Good breakfast choices.

Location location location!! Excellent front desk and cleaning staff. Customer service deluxe! The room was clean and attractive. The price was very affordable and I am very pleased.

The hotel rooms are very quiet and the bed was comfortable.

The outside of the hotel looks dated, but the inside is clean.

The hotel is very rundown, dirty, and in need of repairs. The room we stayed in had old scratched up and worn out furniture. The carpets in the room and hallways are stained and dirty. The shower/tub and bathroom area was very dirty.

Friendly staff, clean, and close to everything.

Not really. I was happy with my stay overall!

bed comfort is ok

no closet to hang anything up no fold out luggage rack in room fost room rented was not clean yet and looked like a city land fill room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke

Breakfast and proximity to airport and shuttle.

Took extremely long to check in.

Good breakfast

Some neighboring room had the TV on all night. Bothered me.

I stayed on the first floor, and since the curtains couldn't be closed, the streetlights outside were shining brightly, so I couldn't sleep well.

The breakfast variety

My room had a door that connected to the other room. Though it was locked and secure it still made it very easy to hear the other people talking and their tv.
