Quality Inn Sanford - Kennebunk

There was a light switch on the inside of the bathroom. Operational ice machine.

No protein in the breakfast. Breakfast room very very small.

The desk staff, and owner are great people. Always friendly.

They have a new staff for turning the beds. They are "refugees." They are rude, they walk in the room before checkout, and the towels had black hair from them. Why is this 2 star room going for 165, when every other 2 star is 90-100? It's after LABOR DAY.

Only good thing about this Inn was the front desk clerk. She was very nice and started the Complementary Breakfast early because she knew we were leaving before the normal time. She was Great! We had two rooms that night.

First room we had had 7 smelly vacuums in the room. Got moved to a room across the hall, smelled horrible, floor was not vacuumed and the bathroom toilet already had someone else's s**t and paper in it. My husband flushed it I washed it with hand sanitize

It was a hotel that seemed to be renting rooms by the month or week. There were a LOT of people in the hallways all night, talking and going in and out to smoke. At one point we heard a woman trying to solicit someone. It was loud and not clean.

Hanging clothes area blocked the small air conditioning (AC) outlet and the AC adjustable diverter fin was missing

Remodel was great! Clean, comfy, and free of smoke smells from years prior!

Not their fault just want breakfast buffet back and bags to be gone. That's everywhere though!

The location and the room size was good. The bed was ok we slept in a king.

I dont like when you offer a coffee maker in the room and one coffee . Towels in the room and only one towel. Basic amentities that you should not have to ask for. When I asked for extra coffee I was given one more package extra. Petty.

The receptionist was friendly upon arrival. The business iI was working for was only a few miles down the street, so that was convenient.

Spent 6 nights, given the lower corner room, next to the entrance/exit & stairs. I heard every footstep up & down and door closing. Room smell of mold & bath of urine. I bought air fresheners & spray bleach to clean .

Comfortable bed, microwave & fridge in the room was convenient. Clean room and nice, up to date bathroom.

We would have appreciated a nightlight in the bathroom. The breakfast was just ok. Too many carb choices, not enough protein choices. I never noticed the yogurt which was available at the lobby desk but not in the breakfast room.

Good and clean ADA room.

The owner would not let us check in because I forgot my wallet and had no credit card for incidentals. Had to borrow a friend's credit card. What would I have done with my handicapped wife if friend did not have card. BAD policy, room was paid for already

Room was clean and fairly quiet.

Towels were rough and limited amount. Breakfast was fairly basic and did not change for the 3 days we were there.

Staff rude, accommodations not what expected/requested. Problem with credit card and staff insisted it was our card. It was not. It was their system. Ask for quiet room, room was on noisy highway side.

thought the a c was a little under sized it took quite a while to cool room down but then again it was a 90 degree day

It was convenient for us. We've stayed here annually, and in the same room, 'though we don't request it. Bedding is comfortable, and it's handy to have the fridge and microwave.

There was something on a pillowcase that was also smeared on the sheet....very disappointing... I left a note on the tip envelope. That's never happened before, I must say.

The room was beautiful, very clean and had all the amenities . The breakfast was set up early. The window opened for fresh air and the AC worked well. I was surprised at how great everything was.

There was no room to park a truck since all the rooms were rented.
