Extremely clean. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Hotel is very quiet. Located in a very quiet neighborhood.

It was very clean. The room was lovely. And the host was friendly and helpful.

The condition and cleanliness of the room and the overall property was top level. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

Very clean, bed very comfortable, small kitchen space with microwave and fridge, dishes and coffee/tea provided.

It was advertized as having breakfast (probably from previous owner) but we had to get supplies from grocery store. On this weekend most eating places were closed so getting food was difficult. Location is out of town.

Excellent rooms, large and clean. A great affordable place. No frills if that's what you're looking for.

The hotel was in a residential area out of town. No pool, no exercise room and no free breakfast.. it was not very close to any restaurants, with very little choice of places to eat in town, which is dominated by a paper mill. I would rate it as average.

Large clean room. Location good for my needs.

Owned by I think by an elderly couple and their son. The son is unprofessional and threatening with his tone when a request was made about hair conditioning not offered. Totally blindsided by his anger! I¿ll never return!!

The room was very clean and the heating system had a great distribution so the temperature was even throughout

Noise from the adjoining room was an issue the first night. We heard the occupants running water in the night. The second night we closed the bathroom door. The table provided was tall with very high stools. We found it very uncomfortable.

The door did not have a deadbolt, that made me uncomfortable. Also there was a door that was locked from the other side that led into the bedroom that made me nervous because I didn’t know what was on the other side.

I stayed here for 2 nights while skiing at Sunday River. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our room was stocked every day with milk, OJ and cream and breakfast items. The owners were very hospitable and all in all this was AMAZING value for money.

Shower leaked and had to close bathroom door to sleep.

Lovely clean large room. Nice simple breakfast available in room. Two muffins, two banana and some cold cereal.

It would have been great to have a box of tissues, lotion and conditioner in room. There was only shampoo and soap in bathroom.
