Well located and nice customer service. Close to restaurants and bars. Lots of space within the room, clean room.
Expensive valet parking and the bed was a bit stiff.

Room was a good size and bed was fine. The shower gel pump was empty in bathroom and the room was directly across from the ice machine which was noisy throughout the night.
Breakfast was horrible as there were no plates, forks or milk. The tables were dirty and not cleaned in between diners. When asked about plates and other things both the kitchen staff and front desk person said it was not their job to order these supplies and they would probably be there in a couple if days.

Location was great. Staff was polite and helpful.
Bathroom ceiling was peeling. For the price, nothing exceptional. The pricing from Booking.com didn’t come through correctly, but I noticed before checkout and staff at reception worked to fix it. System was slow, but they had it fixed before I left.

Minor point, but room was booked for a water view. View was good but had to stand in the corner to see it!

Good location and easy downtown & water access. Close to everything! Clean facility, good breakfast area and comfortable seating. Rooms were good size and very comfortable.
No daily room refresh. Parking was $40 a night. For the rate we paid to stay there, should NOT have been a parking fee. Don’t learn about the parking fee until after is booked an on refundable reservation. That sucked.

Location was great. The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
The need another waffle machine. I read this in a previous review, so I am not sure anything is done with feedback. The staff were not rude but weren't overly friendly either.
