Yes we were double charged and bullied by front desk said if we didn't pay even though I had itenary and conformation number. Pool was closed. I recently had a brain tumor. Swimming is only activity I can do and pool was closed.

I am an IHG member and the hotel would not give me IHG credits for my stay even thou I booked 23 room nights stays at the hotel last week. This week I booked the crew at the Holiday Inn express where they do give me rewards credits and appreciate me.

How comfortable the beds were omg it was sleeping on a cloud and clean it was so nice .

It wasn?t that we didn?t like anything at the hotel but the pool was constantly over crowded with children when adults sometimes go to relax and. They were there for hours water in the pool was pretty cold as well

Put us in basement room by pool very loud. Charged extra fee for my service pet from my brain surgery.Needed to getaway for quite.

My son had a great time swimming in the pool.

Our room was right next to an exterior door. All night we heard people coming in & out & talking. My family hardly slept.

Checked into Room 416. Dirty sock behind bed dirty toilet. Switched to room 521. Chewing tobacco tins under and beside bed. Switched to room 316. Broken window. Waisted so much time

Lovely large room. The bed was so comfortable. Loved the walkin shower. Breakfast was just what we needed.

No hot water full charge no call back.

This appears to be a fairly new hotel as everything looked new. Hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good hot breakfast. Hotel front desk staff actually spoke passable English, which was refreshing to hear.

Sunday night the second night people above us had a party until 4 am. Did get much sleep since we left early.

I¿ve stayed at this hotel a few times. The building is clean. The staff are friendly. Checking in and out is seamless. I¿ve really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms have plenty of electrical outlets, usb plugs and lots of room to move around.

With my previous compliments to the building- I would like to share the continental breakfast wasn¿t that great this time around. The texture of the eggs was off and the kielbasa had hard pieces in it. -
