We loved our second floor room with a balcony overlooking the beach and the ocean. We stayed four nights in early October 2025. The moring sunrises and evening sunsets were beautiful. We enjoyed having a full kitchen available in our room.
Location is excellent and can't be better, kitchenette is nice.

Cons -

There was absolutely nothing we did not like about this the Beach House. It was fabulous. We will stay there again in a future trip to Maine.
The room we stay is at kind of basement level that was unexpected. Everything included is so tight and small. Guess that should be expected due to nice location.
