Pros +
- When me and my boyfriend got there we were told we could upgrade for free, the Neptune was ok but where we ended up staying was SO much better
- I received an email stating "We will be processing your check in at our affiliated hotel lobby, the Alouette Beach Resort". When I checked in I was asked if I would stay in the Alouette instead, and was given a compact but REALLY NICE beach front room.
- We arrived at the Neptune and a notice advised us to check in down the street at the Alouette Beach Resort. We were offered another room there for the same price. We chose to upgrade to Alouette Sunrise suites and it was an Amazing time!
