Pros +
- The location - so close to the beach and to the downtown with the shops and restaurants. Easy to walk around. The views of the bay and water were really nice too.

- Location, efficiency in rooms and the Front Desk Staff was wonderful.
Cons -
- The shower was insanely bad. Like possibly the worst shower I've ever experienced at any hotel ever. The need to ask for maid service everyday was a bit bizarre too. It should be a standard each day. Also the loft bedroom window was way too bright.
- No cleaning service despite the 3 nights stay The hotel is outdated and still quite expensive
- Lack of elevators as we were older people in mid 70's. But, next time we will call and stress we need the first floor due to our ages. Still, we made do with the situation and we had a wonderful time. We will be back!!!

Location, efficiency in rooms and the Front Desk Staff was wonderful.
