- Leaving the next morning
- Location for climbing Katahdin. Owner and manager were nice. Got a small discount when I told them about the shower backing up, etc. I think they are trying to make this place functional but it needs more work.
- Perfect for our white water rafting trip-close to the ase camp.
Cons -
- Arrived at 7:pm, No staff, office locked. Ito call and wait for someone to open up and give me the room. No pool or hot tub as advertised, No continental breakfast or coffee. In fact no staff was at the hotel in the morning. Rooms are outdated,.
- Shower backed up ankle deep with a single short shower, floor squeaked all over, bathroom door wouldnâ≢t stay closed nor swing open all the way (rubbed on floor), linens stained, holes in blankets, bedspread smelled like body odor. Room 230.
- The writer up said it had a hot tub-NOT there any more. Kind of a bummer after working hard rafting all day.
