    Pros +

    • Location and restaurant on premisis
    • Location, 8 miles from airport, right on the beach
    • Location and porch with view

    Cons -

    • Rooms had no fans or air circulation. Only 1 window of 3 operated properly. Look out window to guest deck so there's people sitting 2 feet in front of your window view. Blow dryer inop in bathroom.
    • It’s a dump. Sloppy interior pant job, done by an 8 year old? Sliding door heavy as hell, broken screen door, touch tone phone from the 80’s, desperate need of a professional paint job, clean baseboards
    • No desk in room

The room was clean and there was a lovely balcony overlooking the water

The remote for the TV was confusing, I could not get it to work. The manager offered to come take a look but it was early evening and I told her not to bother.

    Bed was comfortable

Smell in common areas was extremely fishy. Room was not as bad but still had odor. Parking is terrible

    The location and the view.

The smell in the commons area. Shampoo out in dispenser. Wish our room had a private covered balcony.

Suite was like a huge apartment. Hanging right over the water. It was spectacular. The food in the restaurant was delicious and at a great price. For those who want to escape it all this is the place.

The patio right on the water was amazing. The suite was spacious.

No TV. It was not well cleaned, there were stains on the bedding, walls, sink, couches. We found 4 socks in various places that were not ours. They did not replace our linens like the sign in the room suggested they would even though we did as it asked.

The location overlooking the bay and dotted with lobster boats..sitting outside on the covered deck and watching the sun set.. restaurant was amazing, fabulous home made clam chowder and blueberry pie. (didn't have ice cream.¿¿)

Very little to not like. The above floors creaked a bit, and it would have been good to have a tiny bit of separation from the adjoining guests, something like a wall or plant or folding door. No really, it wasn't a big deal. Place was just great.

Nice views and location, large room, common kitchen area for all to us, great coffee and restaurant.

    10EmilyPosted on: 5-24-2022

It was the best ocean view I've ever had, right on the water, for the low price of a hotel you might find near a freeway!

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-25-2021

Being on the water was perfect

I did not feel the hotel room bathroom was very clean. There was visible dirt on multiple surfaces.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-24-2021

The room was clean but the location was terrible. It was the closest to the restaurant and we could hear loud noises until 10pm which delayed our going to sleep and the noise started again around 6am when it woke us up.

The outdoor patio for the restaurant was just outside our widow as well and we could hear everything from the table closest.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-15-2021

The location is breathtaking and the view of my room was great.

The room is not sound-proof. Therefore, I could hear the neighbor snore all night long, and because of this I lost sleep. There's only one restaurant in this area and standing in line to be seated is 2 hours long, plus, another 1.5 for a glass of water.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-11-2021

    Location right over water

Not the hotels fault but some older gentleman who did not drink all the whiskey in lubec decided it was cool to make breakfast in common area (next to my room) at 530 and yell at each other while doing it..uncool old guys

We love Inn on the Wharf. We were in a cottage just up the hill with a 180 degree view of the ocean and islands; it couldn’t have been better. The closeness of the Wharf Restaurant was another delight. The food is excellent.

We were disappointed only in one aspect: we were surprised the room was not cleaner. Most of the surfaces were clean, but under the bed and refrigerator interior were pretty bad. Just an oversight related to the times, we are sure.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-19-2020

    The oceanview

The parking spaces were always full because of the restaurant and would either have to park far away or along the narrow street. There was no tv in the room.
