- Primarily the location of the hotel, in the heart of Kennebunkport, close to to restaurants and shops. The rooms are modern, yet cosy, and have a nice view. The staff are super helpful and friendly.

- Room way to small and not accommodating. No dresser. No where to put your clothes. No safe for valuables. We had to live out of a suitcase. Balcony so tiny, barely a chair could fit. View looking down at people eating. Awful!!!!!
