Kennebunkport Inn

The staff were amazing! From the front desk, the hostess, the wait staff, to the beartends.

It's a very small issue, but the shower on the room was very tight.

The location was really good¿.

When checking in, nobody was behind the front desk! Lot of traffic and tourists in the parking lot

The staff was very accommodating. Parking was easy and free. The location can't be beat

I thought the room needed a comfortable chair

Very charming. Free breakfast. Free live music on weekend evenings. Gracious staff. Clean and comfortable. Great location.

Shower in our room was a small stall shower with curtain. Our friends had a large shower with glass door even though their price for the room was less. While it was definitely a nice perk to have free breakfast, options for vegans were minimal.

Warm and welcoming staff. Breakfast buffet included delicious pastries and homemade strata.

Central location downtown. Very accomodating

Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly great to talk to and helpful. The eating in the gondola was very fun and they had a proposal in one of the gondolas, This is the second year there and this time I was able to reserve one on valentine's day. Wife already said can't wait to go back next year.

The room was very, very small, bathroom extremely small and the shower. The room that they gave us was by one of the stairwells and was noisy. Our window in the room overlooked the parking lot. The cars coming and going and slamming car doors was noisy. The restaurant/bar was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. They serve a continental breakfast not a full breakfast. Very minimal. One night we could hear loud noise on the upper floor.

Its fantastic location.Easy parking.Nice restaurant and bar. Clean and quiet.

It would have been nice to have more choice at the breakfast bar; more than cereal, yogurt and muffins.

I would like to see you have hard boiled eggs, or some kind of eggs for the continental breakfast. It was pretty much all carbs except for the yogurt. I did like that you had gluten-free muffins

The property is right next to the Square (all restaurants/shops) but being off the street was huge in terms of parking availability and low noise. Availability of bikes was a nice bonus.

The location was wonderful. Very easy for parking as we were driving a rental car. The rooms are nice although not 100% what expected.

Try to ask to not get a room over the front door. It was very loud. We were not able to sleep due to the constant slamming of the front door to the hotel. Also was not happy that the bar nor the restaurant were not open. Our air conditioner did not work well.

Great location. Pretty but the stairs are steep. Staff was good if obviously inexperienced and a bit over their heads.

No decent coffee until 7am. Really? Ran into several early birds running down the street for cup well before then. Also, don’t advertise facilities you don’t have on the premises. Most guests are not enthused about going a mile or more for a pool etc. The water pressure in the room was low in the sink. Breakfast was pathetic for the room price unless you love danish, apples and over-sweetened cereal packs. Parking was really tight.

Excellent location right in the middle of Kennebunkport. Cozy room with comfortable beds. Very clean. Attentive staff. Restaurant and bar onsite. Lots of places inside and out to sit and relax. Overall very charming.

Very expensive. Typical minor inconveniences when staying in an old building: bathroom was tiny, outlets weren’t convenient/working properly, hot water took awhile to kick in, bathroom door didn’t shut properly.

Breakfast set up was good but offerings a bit sparse. No fresh fruit.

We had a wonderful time in Kennebunkport (even with the temperature in the high 90s) Kennebunkport Inn was very relaxing, the staff was great, and the AC Fantastic!

Convenient to the port and walking around town. The restaurant was quaint and the food delicious!
