Comfortable, nice location

Room was tight with only one chair and one stool, and the A/C was awful. It automatically shut off every 2 hours and was very loud when it was on.

Very quaint and clean

No coffee available until 8am. Only 1 pastry selection for breakfast.

Hotel employee was very friendly. She prepared the best continental breakfast we have ever had. Her meticulous detail in preparing the breakfast was top notch. That is a huge compliment considering we travel a lot and stayed in high end hotels around w

A bit pricey for the area

The hotel was perfectly located .7 miles from town and restaurants. About 30 feet to beach. The room was exceptionally clean. The Air conditioner would turn off constantly. Small squeak in bed/Headboard. Hotel was VERY quite. Absolutely loved shower.

The 2 standouts were the BREAKFAST/BRUNCH - 5 or 6 servings - Original and Tasty! Exceptional! and the PERSONAL GUEST SERVICES touch. Inn's setting was idyllic - located directly over the water and includes free parking, Wifi! VH Recommend!!!

Room was on the small side - however more than offset by its cleanliness and excellent room services (incl. air conditioner and very comfortable sleeping conditions).

The included breakfast was truly exceptional and made the stay.

The room itself was uncomfortably small. Hardly enough room to walk around the bed. If we were staying for more than one night we would of left. Entirely too much money for what was received .

The staff went out of their way to make our experience memorable. Even the owner was very helpful in offering us assistance beyond a normal stay. Great location and all the necessary amenities are available.

The friendly and helpful staff, outstanding 3 course breakfast/brunch, close to town but not in busy downtown location, extremely dog friendly hotel all made this hotel a great overall experience.

Our pet friendly room was small. The added $39 per day pet fee added to the room rate was excessive and made the small room rate seem overly expensive. The pet fee should be no more than $25 for the entire length of the stay. Not a nightly fee.

Our room at the Inn was beautiful, spacious, and super clean. We couldn't get over how lovely the linens smelled! The staff were very sweet and the breakfasts were absolutely amazing! The location was perfect - walking distance to a beach and downtown!

The location of our room was a bit noisy - by the front porch, so you could hear street traffic a bit. Also, we could hear the guests above us walking around a bit. Not a huge deal though!
