The toilet backed up it needs serious updating definitely not worth $--- a night very disappointed

No coffee and drinks in room. Pretty expensive for what you get. No flexibility in terms of giving credit for unused day.

I arrived at 9:40pm on a rainy cold night.Office was open until 10pm.Iwas chastised by the check in person. He complained that he hadcalled me twice(I was at dinner). He complained that he would have had to leave the keys outside if I had come after 10

Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Since I had to work the staff help me with breakfast before the breakfast opened. Thanks so much - great staff and room was comfortable

The whole transaction was very easy., and welcoming. Needed a place to stay while having a power outage during storm. Complimentary breakfast was a very nice perk!

Not a thing!

The beds were very comfortable and room was exceptionally clean. Liked having the outdoor entrance to the room. Outside seating was a plus.

Room and bathroom are a bit on the small side, but the positives outweigh and it was a good value for the price.

The location - many shops and restaurants were within an easy walking distance.

COVID forced the cancellation of their usual free breakfast, which was disappointing. There was coffee and tea available, but the coffee was not good at all. We ended up having to go out for coffee each morning.

Location is great it was clean beds were super comfortable.

the front desk was AMAZING. She helped us get around town, gave great recommendations and was just extremely hospitable. Highly recommend the Kings Port Inn!!

Room had a definite musty, stale smell

The location was perfect! The room was spacious and clean.

the bathroom was clean, however the floor was kind of tilted and it was awkward when getting up from the toilet. Also we had a hard time finding a place to have a sit down breakfast.

The location was great. We enjoyed that it was a short walk to the downtown area. The staff were helpful. The place was super clean inside and out and had lots of character.

The beds are HORRIBLE. The hardest bed I have ever slept in. we didn't get any sleep and as silly as this may sound, our day was a bit ruined due to our zombie state. They could use to upgrade the beds and I would have given this hotel a 10 out of 10.

The layout I think some signs telling which way to go with room numbers would of been nice

Beautiful well appointed comfortable spacious king bedroom. Nice pillows.

No elevator that I was aware of. I didn’t need an elevator but I imagine that might be a problem for some.

Room with 2 queen beds. Booked a king suite

I loved that they let us park early and check in early. The location was excellent within waking distance to all the restaurants and shops. They even allowed us to stay parked there after check out to grab lunch so we didn’t have to worry about parking somewhere else. The location was great, the hotel was clean, safe and staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also included and a nice addition to our stay.
