No fridge or coffee in room.

It was a beautiful view, no matter whether you were looking out your room window, sitting on the front porch. Sitting down by the fire pit or sitting inside looking out windows from two different setting rooms that over Look the ocean

It says it?s a bed-and-breakfast, but breakfast was not served. But the staff was able to recommend a great restaurant.

Although they sold us an ocean-view room, they only had a very small room with one window looking at the parking lot. Apparently they 9verbooked. They refunded most of our money, but not the Resort Fee. We obtained better lodging elsewhere.

Location, location, location! A charming inn right on the water and a close walk to Gooch's Beach. They took careful measures in COVID-19 to allow for guests to social distance.

There's no one to call down to at the front desk. I had added a bottle of bubbly to greet us at the room at arrival and there was only one flute. When I tried calling down the call went to voicemail and no one ever responded.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Room was comfortable and cosy. A very good breakfast served in china rather than plastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Toilet needed maintenance. Water pipes from neighboring rooms were noisy.

Great location. Can walk to a couple of nice sandy beaches. Short drive into town for shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Coffee available all day long. Updated beachy decor. Easy parking. Excellent value for the price.

No coffee machine in room but that's ok of there was coffee available to lobby but there wasn't. Also, carpet did not seem to be vacuumed. Don't want to sound too negative. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were very pleased with our accommodations at the Beach House. Our room was small, but pleasant and clean, and all we needed. Staff was pleasant, but laid back. If you needed them they were available. There was a very adequate complimentary breakfast.

The staff. They were all so helpful and friendly.

They could use more outlets/power strips by the bed. We had phones wanting to charge by the bed Needed an outlet for my husband's sleep apnea machine. We couldn't pull the king size bed away from the wall so we got an extension cord.

Location was perfect. Right across from water. Short walk to right or left for a beach to layout/walk on. So many amenities:afternoon snacks, evening wine/cheese, breakfast, fire pit, kayaks, and bikes. We checked out bikes for a ride into town. Staff A+

Was tricky with luggage and no ramp. Carried down short flight to get to elevator.

The view is breathtaking. Love the convenience to downtown KPT.grounds are beautiful. And sitting area is locely. Very peaceful place to hang out.

Coffee is really NOT good. Third time I have stayed here and really just wish the coffee was better.

Beautiful inn, nice breakfast, tea and coffee with fresh cookies in the afternoon, and then Wine and cheese and cracker in the late afternoon with beautiful views of the ocean. Beautiful bright ocean view room . Nice touches such as bottled water/
