- room was fine large 2 bedroom . Kitchenette combo sitting room, bathroom . plenty of towels and clean bedding.
Cons -
- The room wasn't clean, there were spiders everywhere, and the noise level was too high.
- We felt this hotel was a lot different than what was advertised on the website. The bathroom situation was terrible, the bed was uncomfortable, and the rooms did not look nearly as cute as the photos on the website. Also - no breakfast
- Had a coffee machine but no coffee provided, shower was very small. Towels didn¿t seem clean

it was on the 3rd floor.. in future that should be mentioned as if we had known we may have asked about other rooms . we are all in our late 70s and stairs were difficult. Nice Bar and restaurant . coffee in the morning.
Cute inn. On main street plenty of parking. Bed and pillows super comfortable.
Lack of ability to access extension to plug in electronic devices
The hotel was very clean, but the queen room was really small, would get a King room.
Not much in the town of Kenneybunk.
It sucked. No way to adjust temperature since there was no thermostat. Had to open a window in February to cool it down. It took 10 minutes for the water to get warm. No sound proofing. People stomping on the floor above me. Never go back.
Quiet, charming, good location. Good coffee.
Location
Our room was small and the bathroom even smaller for the price paid
The dining staff and bartenders were exceptional.
No elevator. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Check- In was a rigid 3:00pm which is later than most. Check-out was still at 11:00am.
Nice location. Friendly folks in town.
Smelled dirty and moldy. Cold to cool water showers for two days! Paid way too much for that smelly room and no hot shower.
Booked one of the smaller rooms and it was perfect for one person.
Location and staff was nice.
Room 37 had horrible furniture. The grey bed and living room sofa and chair were very uncomfortable and hard to get out of.
The food was delicious. We ate there 2 nights and had breakfast at Bev’s 2 doors down. Both excellent!
Great location staff was awesome!
It’s a very old building. The electricity was sparse. The tavern was very nice, quaint. Heather, the owner was as accommodating as she could be.
The room was very clean, had everything we needed. The onsite tavern had the best haddock tacos I had ever tasted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They recommended lots of sites and restaurants in the area. Loved everything about it.
I had a great experience and there wasn't anything I did not like.
The staff were very nice and accommodating.
It’s an old building. 3rd floor had no heat.
Location . Facilities were also ok
Our room was so dirty ! Cabinets were broken , pans were greasy , old & filthy . We booked 2 King Suites & we’re appalled at the place ! Hand towels were dirty , stained & hung on rack as if we’d use them . When we finally spent more than a few minutes in the rooms ( around7:30-8:00) We realized there was no heat . We had to search & locate space heaters in the closets . Space heaters in a King Suite that cost us $320 per night per room ??? Staff was unhelpful . When we decide to leave at 8:30pm & not stay the night , the manager apologized & told us we’d get a refund then the days that followed she retracted her statement & refused to refund us !!! When we checked into our rooms for a total of 5 hours but yet received no money back !!! I would not spend a penny booking this place ! This was a family getaway that turned into a horror show ! I am appalled the product they put out to the public .Save your sanity & money & go somewhere else !!!!
Room cleaner. Found a hair clip and a plastic cup cover on the floor near bed.
Fantastic location, friendly staff, very comfortable room.
