Easy access, very clean and very friendly staff

Breakfast was good although saw a fly on one of the serving utensils

Air conditioner in room was blowing tepid air. We only could get it to be cold half the time. Desk operators were alone most of the time so could not leave to come help. No handyman on site or on call to help.

Accomodating and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, and quiet.

My sister is a huge fan of the Hampton Inn, which is why we chose this for our trip. We checked their website, and noticed they had availability but found a better deal through a third party website.

We were extremely disappointed to arrive and find that we were placed in a room with only one bed. She had the best sleep of her life, I had the worst. I was truly disappointed to find a general lack of respect for how their customers book rooms.

The "barn doors" on the bathroom are gross. They don't completely shut or luck. So privacy is an issue.

I had a very easy check and the lady at the front desk was super kind and welcoming. Not often you get that at the front desk. Secondly I must say we had a great experience with the lady working in the breakfast area. So helpful and great job.

The sink in room was not draining well. We had already unpacked few things so didn't want to move as we arrived late. Because the lady at front desk was so kind, we didn't bother complaining.

Very clean and basically brand new. The shower had great water pressure and the bed was very comfy.

I thought it was going to be a bit closer to Kennebunkport - around 13-15 drive and we were down and back in that area alot.

Did not get my requested wake up call from desk. When leaving was asked did I wish an email receipt. Answer was yes and we are still waiting for it. Staff isn't competent.

I had asked if we could arrange an early check in and was told I'd be called within an hour to confirm. I was not called, but the hotel manager was extremely helpful in resolving this.

Staff extremely friendly, nice and helpful. Rooms (and hotel) brand new, large with everything you need present at the hotel, they even had beach parking passes.

Distance from town (and beaches) is a little far but driving everywhere is unavoidable anyway.

Wonderful staff, beautiful space, enjoyed the pool and breakfast was generous with many options, and of course my son looked forward to warm cookies nightly. We very much enjoyed ourselves, would recommend to others and will certainly return ourselves!

Loved the room, was just slightly disappointed there were no drawers to put our clothing in as we stayed several days. Could hang several items but not enough to unpack our bags. Would prefer a fully closeable bathroom door too. Still loved our stay!
