We have stayed at 84 Main and are always pleased with the staff and the facility. The units are comfortable and have everything we could possibly need during our stay. Hotel Employee are delightful and go out of their way to make sure we feel welcome.

huge, beautiful space

The penthouse was impeccably clean, with lots of windows and a deck that wrapped all the way around the apartment. Kennebunk is quiet but interesting with decent places to eat. We absolutely loved our stay and plan to return!

We lost the water pressure the last day we were there- probably a fluke and related to something in town. I'm sure if we had stayed that day the building manager would have addressed it for us.

Plenty of room, clean

Master bedroom and room next to it had a loud generator outside the sliding doors. 3 of us felt like a helicopter was landing on/off all night or in an mri machine. ( very sleepless nights)Those 2 rooms need a soundproof wall to outside. Heat vent opening and closing was creaking a lot. that could use some oil. Nice room but no relaxing without sleep.

Very clean and private. Communication with staff was efficient but comprehensive. Easy checkin and checkout. Free parking. Great location. Loved it, will stay here again.

The rugs in the unit need replacement as they were old and worn. Other than that everything was excellent.

The location was great and loved them location. Accomdatuina were large and we enjoyed the balcony.

Carpet should be replaced, it was terribly stained. Furniture needs updating. Paint on furniture is in need of work.

Loved the kitchen- very spacious and well provisioned. Had everything I needed to cook. Apartment was very comfortable for our family of three. Pull out couch had a comfortable mattress.

Would be nice if check-in codes could be texted rather than emailed, if one prefers that.

Wonderfully spacious.

Door to the bathroom does not close. Door jams into the threshold.

Rooms were immaculate, well equipped, lovely overall. We were completely satisfied with building security, privacy and location. Bed was comfortable, extra towels were folded and available in the closet. We found generous storage and closet space with lots of sturdy hangers, clean dresser drawers and plenty of seating throughout the space . Washer/dryer in the room is a huge bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking location and availability was excellent. Check out instructions were clearly communicated with signage in the room. General Mgr contacted me personally to explain the security codes prior to our visit and was easily reachable. We appreciated the convenience of the coffee shop downstairs. We had high expectations of 84 Main and they were exceeded on all counts.

Cannot think of a thing that needed improvement.

The property was beautiful. Close to beaches close to kennebunkport and restaurants. A 30 minute ride into Portland and so much to offer. The staff was wonderful. I cant say enough about them, they answered all my questions and they were extremely friendly!

Loved the layout and totally enjoyed the balcony. The manager Dan was a delight!

Room was very nice. Very clean. Easy check in. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is good to explore this part of Maine. Some great little breakfast places that are walkable. Shower was excellent!

Did not get beach pass and wasnt discounted- Covid issue. Some items could be replaced-
